You can be charged with any thing at any time.
At this time you are being charged with being absent without leave from Ft Eustice.
The facts are these:
1. You are not at Ft Eustice.
2. You are not in possession of papers granting you leave to be absent from Ft Eustice.
Since the facts comport with the claim you must be guilty. Why are you arguing?
Maybe this would be the proper time to introduce your DD214 which states that you received an honorable discharge from the Navy 15 years ago?
All claims made against you are as ficticious as this example (unless you actually are AWOL). What evidence can you produce to escape the jurisdiction claimed over you?
