I was searching for a good book to buy that is about herbal/natural cures? I remember someone posted something about a couple books that dealt with natural cures for children and adults. I think it would be a good idea to have a book around the house in case you don't internet access foe a while.

TIA

Thanks, that one looks like it's a gold mine of information! I saw this book, "Kids, Herbs, & Health: A Parent's Guide to Natural Remedies," and was wondering if anyone has feedback about this book.

You're better off visiting http://www.earthclinic.com/

It's online and free. Plus users rank what works and doesn't.

Earth Clinic is awesome web site. I spend hours reading the pages. Only one problem, if something happens to the internet, you have nothing to read.

When I find something I want to save I download the whole site.

Welcome

HTTrack is a free (GPL, libre/free software) and easy-to-use offline browser utility.

It allows you to download a World Wide Web site from the Internet to a local directory, building recursively all directories, getting HTML, images, and other files from the server to your computer. HTTrack arranges the original site's relative link-structure. Simply open a page of the "mirrored" website in your browser, and you can browse the site from link to link, as if you were viewing it online. HTTrack can also update an existing mirrored site, and resume interrupted downloads. HTTrack is fully configurable, and has an integrated help system.
