View Full Version : Update on My Quest to Cure My Cavities

I posted a thread a about 10 months ago (http://gold-silver.us/forum/showthread.php?59608-My-Visit-to-the-Dentist-Today-About-Cavity-Fillings) about how I had a cavities. At the time I didn't want to do the whole deal where you have to get your tooth drilled and filled with a toxic substance. I believed their might be a way to grow my tooth back and "cure" my cavities. I had cavities on one of my back molar teeth.
I bought the book Cure Tooth Decay (http://www.curetoothdecay.com/) by Ramiel Nagel. I followed his directions as indicated in his book as closely as I could. I know I'm plugging a lot of people's products in this thread, but I'm sharing what I did and what worked for me. I heavily recommend buying this book. It's got amazing information. You can also get most of the same information out of the following video I posted on my YouTube channel:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zNP_QOWxoDk
So over the past 10 months I've made some radical changes. Here's a list of things I did:
Drink about 2 cups of raw milk everyday.
Eat grass fed beef.
Stop eating refined sugar. I also limit "natural" sweets in general. I don't even drink fruit juice. If I'm not drinking raw milk, I'm drinking Reverse Osmosis water.
Eat offal EVERY day. This included liver, bone marrow, eyeballs, brains, hearts, kidneys, and so forth.
Eat raw butter a LOT. The first 6 months I took this more expensive stuff (http://www.greenpasture.org/public/Products/ButterOil/index.cfm).
Take fermented cod liver oil (http://www.greenpasture.org/public/Products/CodLiverOil/index.cfm) capsules 3 times a day for the first 6 months (the highest quality stuff.) Then I switched to a cheaper alternative (https://www.swansonvitamins.com/swanson-premium-double-strength-cod-liver-oil-2500-iu-a-270-iu-d-500-sgels?otherSize=SW335) which was recommended by the Weston A. Price Foundation (http://www.westonaprice.org/cod-liver-oil/cod-liver-oil-basics).
Make/eat lacto-fermented vegetables like sauerkraut. I lacto-ferment all of the grains/legumes I eat too pretty much.
Brush my teeth with toothpowder (http://www.uncleharrys.com/store/product_info.php/tooth-powder-p-1498), not toothpaste. Toothpaste contains vegetable glycerin which coats the tooth with toothpaste, but in turn blocks natural remineralization of your teeth.
Use a colloidal silver based mouthwash (http://www.uncleharrys.com/store/product_info.php/mouthwash-miracle-p-1465) infused with essential oils instead of alcohol based mouthwash.
Used a remineralization tonic (http://www.uncleharrys.com/store/product_info.php/remineralization-liquid-for-tooth-enamel-p-1483).
Floss after every meal.
So what happened? Well after 3-4 months my tooth grew back (mostly), the enamel all came back and mostly filled the cavity hole. All of my tooth enamel returned: I had almost no tooth enamel left before I started this "journey".
Dentists tell you tooth enamel doesn't grow back. That is bullshit.
My teeth are now extremely white, when they've usually been fairly yellow. I used to have receded gums that were so bad that the roots of some of my teeth were exposed, and they all have grown back.
Dentists tell you receded gums don't grow back (also known as Remineralization.) That is bullshit.
My gums are firm and a healthy pink and don't bleed at all. Also all of my hot/cold sensitivities on my teeth had are gone. In other words my mouth is totally healthy now. I don't have any problems at all (that I know of.) I virtually have no bad breath ever, even when I wake up, my mouth feels fresh. My mouth has always been plagued by many problems, and everything is different now.
Ramiel Nagel and the Weston A. Price Foundation really are onto something. I hope you all check out what they have to say.
I have no intention of ever going to a dentist again. Their entire practice is a fraud to me.

Thank you for this thread and all the info. I am getting ready to listen to it now, will buy the book also. A quick question. Does the book talk about what you can do with already drilled teeth and mercury fillings?
Can we see a picture of your teeth? What kind of eyeballs did you eat?

What kind of eyeballs did you eat?
Well fish mainly. Make fish head soup and you eat the eyeballs. The easiest way I found was to go to the local Asian market and buy bulk whole dried anchovies. I then dried these a bit more in the oven at a very low temperature, and then let it cool. Once cooled I crushed them in a food processor, then powdered them in a coffee grinder. Once I did this I filled the "fish powder" into capsules with a little capsule making machine I have. This is all my own original idea. I'm not getting it from somewhere else. I basically manufactured my own fish capsules with all the crushed bones (calcium), offal, meat, you name it inside. That was a good way to get everything without the fowl tastes.
Can we see a picture of your teeth?
Well I tried taking pictures before I did this 10 months ago of the molar tooth with the problems, but couldn't get a clear picture that far/deep into my mouth with my camera. My teeth look really good. Just "trust" me. =)
Does the book talk about what you can do with already drilled teeth and mercury fillings?
I did see something about that in the documentary The Beautiful Truth. I cued this link (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wvzDHGLEUyw&t=22m30s) to the part of the documentary that talks about this issue, and how to safely have them removed by a dentist who is willing and qualified to do it. Once you have the mercury amalgams safely removed I would follow the process of remineralization, though you may want your tooth filled with something else more safe for cosmetic reasons. Don't expect your tooth to completely heal, expect enamel to fill in a lot of the hole and seal it that way. If you have mercury fillings I heavily recommend getting some chelation done to remove the heavy metals (look into EDTA and/or cilantro juice.)
Here's several pages from that discuss the issue you asked about:

I have a mason jar with well water and Ellis water in it. It sits on a 2" x 3" magnet and inside the jar is two .999 pure oz's of Ag. Each time I get up at nite I take a mouthful and swish it around for a minute or so then spit it out.
One way toxins can be eliminated is by rinsing the mouth.
Another good oral habit is oil pulling using coconut oil. Swish a tablespoon for 5 minutes and spit it out. It is said to eliminate toxins from the blood.

Shami, does Nagel say anything about activated charcoal in the book? I have been using it as a tooth powder for a couple weeks. My teeth stay cleaner longer. Even after a full day of eating they are still slick. Brushing is now more of a touchup instead of the scrubbing it used to be.
My only concern is whether it is too abrasive. I wouldn't want to take off the enamel.

This is the only thing I could find in his book about charcoal:
http://s23.postimg.org/rs3sduukb/7_24_2013_12_28_08_PM.png
In my own independent research I found this:
http://wellnessmama.com/5252/remineralizing-tooth-powder-recipe/
My Oral Health Regimen: My teeth have never been whiter (http://wellnessmama.com/3662/best-way-to-whiten-teeth-naturally/) or healthier (according to my dentist) thanks to my oral health regimen. It includes a healthy diet that supports oral health (http://wellnessmama.com/3650/how-to-remineralize-teeth-naturally/) and a specific brushing regimen. This is what I do daily (that reversed cavities for both my husband and me):
Brush with activated charcoal powder (http://wellnessmama.com/3662/best-way-to-whiten-teeth-naturally/) to kill bacteria, remove toxins and whiten- Don’t do this everyday now but every couple of days.
Brush with Tooth Powder or Remineralizing Toothpaste (http://wellnessmama.com/2500/homemade-remineralizing-toothpaste-recipe/) with a few Drops of Brushing Blend. (http://wellnessmama.com/go/brushing-blend/)
Rinse mouth.
Finish my rubbing a few drops of Brushing Blend (http://wellnessmama.com/go/brushing-blend/) on my gums and tongue to discourage bacterial growth, especially at night (and because it tastes great!).
Repeat one or more times a day!

Don't worry about losing your enamel. You can grow it back. I know, your dentist will say that's impossible but you can. I'm living proof it's possible. Follow all the stuff I mentioned above. There's also a good tonic I found made by Uncle Harry's which seems to help grow back your tooth enamel:
http://www.uncleharrys.com/store/product_info.php/remineralization-liquid-for-tooth-enamel-p-2219
I also make my own mouthwash, and it's super effective and CHEAP once you learn how to make it. There's recipes here (http://frugallysustainable.com/2012/02/antiseptic-homemade-mouthwash-recipe/), but I've been developing my own.
Here's my own mouthwash recipe I invented and I'm using currently:
1.5 cups of colloidal silver
30 drops of clove oil
15 drops of cinnamon leaf oil
1.5 Tablespoons of sea salt
1 Tablespoon of baking soda
I'm a big fan of clove oil for oral applications. It's good at lowering inflammation and healing gums.

Thanks for that update. I've been using non flouride ToothPaste for while now. I use bicarb soda in the mornings then immediately use the paste for the fresher taste. Someone posted about apple cider vinegar for whitening teeth. The bicarb seems to remove the colouring I get from drinking T or coffee. but not the deeper discolouration. I doubt the ACV would work but it actually might. I've been using it at night only. Took some photos yesterday for comparison in a couple of weeks.
I am very interested in this and yesterday I thought I need to get more into it.

Please do not use toothpaste. Toothpaste almost always has vegetable glycerin in it which is designed to coat the tooth. This sounds good on the surface, but it blocks the natural remineralization process. There are toothpastes without vegetable glycerin, but I'm telling you toothpowder is what works. It's cheaper, easier to store/transport, and works a LOT better. Your teeth will feel a lot cleaner and for longer.
Here's the toothpowder I currently use and recommend:

Great OP! I was at the dentist not too long ago and I have receading gum lines on one side of my mouth. It is sensitive most of the time but I can deal with it. In the OP, #9 and #10 in the bullet points are now 404 Not Found. Can you give me an updated link as my main goal is fixing the receading gum line? My next two priorities are cavities and whitening my teeth.
Thanks!

Buy Ramiel Nagel's book. I rarely suggest buying books but this explains everything you need to know for basically all mouth care/nutrition needs:
http://www.amazon.com/Cure-Tooth-Decay-Cavities-Nutrition/dp/1434810607
Also consider getting some Bee Propolis for your gums.
You can whiten your teeth with Activated Charcoal.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kymRy5U8300
If you have pain in your gums mix together some Activated Charcoal [3 TB], Cayenne [1-2 TSP depending on what you can handle], Clove Oil [few drops], and Olive Oil into a paste and apply it directly to your gums [caked on]. Try not to swallow and spit out saliva that forms into a cup at first, since my saliva creation was always insane when I first put it in, then it went back to normal and I could hold the mixture against my gums to kill off any infections and reduce pain. Hold it there for a few hours if you can.
You'll need to drink 2 cups of raw grass fed milk or 4 oz. of raw cheese a day for a few months. Healing cavities can cost around $800-1200 in costs of supplements and specialty food so be warned.

Cod Liver Oil [It's cheapest to buy 6 or 12 of these]
http://www.greenpasture.org/public/Products/ButterCodLiverBlend/index.cfm
Don't buy the capsules, they are a complete rip off. The gel is way better and it doesn't taste as bad as you'd think. Just take your spoonful and wash down with some water very fast and you wont taste it.
Watch the video I posted at the top in full. It explains a lot of what to do.

Thanks for all the info!
Is the cod liver oil a general health aid or specific for oral health care?
Edit: Do you recommend the butter oil cod liver or just the cod liver oil?

First off I just found out in another thread the cod liver oil is patented, so it's the only fermented cod liver oil on the market. The prices are ridiculously high, but it's the only thing that works.
It's a nutrition thing. Your teeth/bones can heal when given the proper nutrition. The oral health side is stop using toothpaste and switching to toothpowder. You can't compromise on that one. Toothpaste is designed specifically to block remineralization. It's a giant conspiracy IMO.
Dentists will tell you this is impossible, and that's complete bullshit. That's why dogs in captivity have cavities and wolves in the wild don't. The problem is we evolved eating offal, and stopped doing that in the past 100 years or so. By the way that doesn't mean you can grow back teeth or cure MASSIVE cavities. This method works generally on smaller cavities. Your tooth will grow back enamel and fill in the hole only so much. My former cavities have black spots on them and I showed them to a dentist recently and he told me there's no way they grew back. He believed I was lying and said they will drilled/filled. He said they were the best fillings he's ever seen though.
