Thought I'd share this video on an ass kicking workout. I generally do push ups and sit ups almost every day. I just tried to do this routine, just like in this video, and could not finish it.

This is a tough workout. Tougher than it looks when you try it.

My best was 17 with a goal of twenty. But that was ten years ago.

That's the key, had you spread those out over a years time you'd be into the millionth rep. currently.

We had to get up to 20 and back down in police academy, hell weekend. I couldn't get out of bed the next day.

Trying for 10 as fast as this guy is tough. I got up to 10 then down to 6 and couldn't do anymore. Maybe I need a DI screaming in my ear. I hope to do this tomorrow though. Will keep trying until I get it.

I've been doing pushups as in this video. They are very tough and a lot harder than regular ones. If you enjoy doing pushups for exercise, this is a very good video. It says surfing, but it's a pushup video. Try 10 of these...

Yah, hits more overall the body down towards the abdomen. Like a front wise pushup.

combination with standard version can't hurt to get the back shoulders also.

That's a good idea, to combine both. These pushups definitely hit the front part of the shoulder more.
