The several States are administrative subdivisions of the federal government and the federal government is classed 'insurgent' by the 14th amendment to its own constitution.

They should be suing for much more than $75k. If I were on a jury for a case like that, I would have no trouble awarding $500k+. A basic right was violated. That must not go without severe punishment.

I know. When I do drug screenings, I don't even take urine or blood samples.
