Obama fits the definition of a despot. That is someone who ignores all laws and does whatever he pleases. Obama is lying about international law trumping the constitution because he doesn't even abide by international law. Ask all the people whose sovereignty he has ignored with his drone attacks. Ask the Libyans and the Syrians. And then look at his Executive Orders that say he can kill anybody he pleases without due process or any process at all.
