That partisan hit job? It's absolutely a partisan hit job.

Kavanaugh's accuser is being represented by Debra Katz, a Washington D.C. lawyer and the vice chair of the board of the Project On Government Oversight.

POGO co-signed (https://www.pogo.org/letter/2018/08/ngos-ask-senate-to-review-record-before-confirmation-hearing/)a letter to Senator Dianne Feinstein and Senator Grassley along with a variety of lefty groups demanding Kavanaugh records. This was the obstruction tactic of choice of the left for trying to secure the Court seat before they fastened on to this latest smear.

Where does PGO gets its funding?

From, among other sources, George Soros (https://www.forbes.com/sites/danielfisher/2010/09/03/soros-makes-the-kochs-look-like-political-skinflints/#add4fd94d0cf) and his Open Society Foundation tentacles.

And, to no one's surprise, she's allegedly a Dem donor.

The Republicans are holding a hearing next Monday to discuss the accusations with the accuser as well as Kavanaugh. Yet the accuser has not responded in 36 hours through various calls and emails.

This is a political hit job to try and tarnish the image of a man who happens to have a contextual view of the Constitution. The Dem's do not want him anywhere near the Supreme Court.

The hard left of this country has essentially owned and run the supreme court for decades now. This is how they've been able to implement major pieces of their agenda in clear opposition to what the majority of people in this country actually want (abortion, gay/tranny privilege, removal of religious freedom, etc.). Now, for the first time in many of our lifetimes, the court may swing conservative, and maybe hard conservative. The left can't fathom this.

BREAKING: According to sources Diane Feinstein's reluctance to mention the Kavanaugh accuser's letter during confirmation session is because the accuser sent a similiar letter directed at Judge Gorsuch last year. The whereabouts of the earlier letter remain a mystery.developing

Friend of U.S. high court nominee asks not to speak publicly on alleged assault

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Mark Judge, a man identified as a witness to an alleged sexual assault by U.S. Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, said on Tuesday he does not want to speak publicly on the matter.

Christine Blasey Ford has accused Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her 36 years ago when they were in high school and she said Judge was a witness.

“In fact, I have no memory of this alleged incident,” Judge said in a letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee. “I have no more information to offer the committee and I do not wish to speak publicly regarding the incidents described in Dr. Ford’s letter.”

Kavanaugh and Ford have been called to testify on the matter on Monday.

“What happens at Georgetown Prep stays at Georgetown Prep.”
“That’s been a good thing for all of us, I think,” Kavanaugh said to laughter in the crowd.

The remark came in an otherwise unremarkable address on the role of a judge in calling balls and strikes, but it suddenly found a new audience on Tuesday afternoon when Sen. Elizabeth Warren tweeted it and asked, "Is this really what America wants in its next Supreme Court Justice?"

The clip surfaced days after the judge, now a nominee to the Supreme Court, was accused of sexual assault while a Georgetown Prep student, throwing his nomination into question.

Well Well well, what do we have here?

WHY CHRISTINE BLASEY FORD’S HIGH SCHOOL YEARBOOKS WERE SCRUBBED: Faculty Approved Racism, Binge Drinking and Promiscuity

On Monday Sept. 17th, Christine Blasey Ford’s high school yearbooks suddenly disappeared from the web. I read them days before, knew they would be scrubbed, and saved them. Why did I know they would be scrubbed? Because if roles were reversed, and Christine Blasey Ford had been nominated for the Supreme Court by President Trump, the headline by the resistance would be this:

CHRISTINE BLASEY FORD AND THE DRUNKEN WHITE PRIVILEGED RACIST PLAYGIRLS OF HOLTON-ARMS.

And it would be an accurate headline. That’s why the yearbooks have been scrubbed. They are a testament to the incredible power these girls had over their teachers, parents and the boys of Georgetown Prep, Landon and other schools in the area. In the pages below, you will see multiple photos and references to binge drinking and the accompanying joy of not being able to remember any of it.

These yearbooks are, therefore, relevant to the national investigation now being conducted in the media, in homes, and in the halls of Congress. And they should not have been scrubbed. If Brett Kavanaugh’s yearbooks are fair game, so are these.

And you will wonder while reading them, why the hell did the faculty approve of these yearbooks? Why did the parents take out paid ads in these yearbooks? Animal House had nothing on the infamous “Holton party scene”.

The resistance media has been singularly focused on Brett Kavanaugh’s high school yearbooks, which imply that he got drunk and threw up. There’s no need to imply anything from the Holton-Arms yearbooks. It’s all there in focus, and the written word too. All of the sordid details as approved for publication by a “look the other way” faculty. And now it’s available for historical/evidentiary review.

It is to this wild Holton culture we must look in order to shed light on the last minute accusation by Christine Blasey. And in the official high school chronicles of this era, we find many names of people who can provide relevant evidence.

Christine “Chrissy” Blasey alleges she cannot recall the exact date, place or names of people who were at the party in question. This research is intended to refresh her recollection and the recollections of others who may recall key facts. (In this report, last names have been redacted and faces obscured, other than the picture of Chrissy Blasey seen below.)

The yearbook title is SCRIBE. The relevant issues are SCRIBE 82, SCRIBE 83 and SCRIBE 84, corresponding to Blaseys’s sophomore, junior and senior years, when she and her classmates (and Kavanaugh) were 15-17 year old juveniles.

While preparing this report, I came across a biased viral article from Heavy.com that portrays Christine Blasey and Holton-Arms as the very essence of high school purity. As for the school itself, when Blasey attended it, nothing could be further from the truth, as you will see below.

Brett Kavanaugh attended Georgetown Prep, graduating in the class of ’83. Blasey graduated from Holton-Arms in the class of ’84. The Georgetown Prep boys are mentioned affectionately multiple times in these brazen yearbooks.

HOLTON FACULTY APPROVED BINGE DRINKING

Scribe 84 is the yearbook for her senior year. Her name was Christine Blasey in high school, often referred to as “Chrissy”. In the image below, Blasey is pictured at a Halloween party in her junior year. The caption on the right says:

“Lastly one cannot fail to mention the climax of the junior social scene, the party. Striving to extend our educational experience beyond the confines of the classroom, we played such intellectually stimulating games as Quarters, Mexican Dice and everyone’s favorite, Pass-Out, which usually resulted from the aforementioned two.”

Pictures are at the article. Recommend saving the article as well as the pictures in it in case it gets gassed.

Even more good news for the Judge.

Former Scalia Law Clerk Bombshell Claim: ‘Compelling Evidence’ Will Exonerate Brett Kavanaugh Soon

Accuser Christine Blasey Ford is waging a war on Trump’s SCOTUS nominee Brett Kavanaugh with decades-old, unsubstantiated claims of sexual assault in an effort to derail his confirmation to the Supreme Court.

Judge Kavanaugh has categorically denied the allegations and even told Senator Orin Hatch he wasn’t at the party in question.

Others have come out in defense of Kavanaugh such as witness Mark Judge who said in a letter he does not wish to speak publicly on the incident.

Mark Judge said in a letter sent by his legal counsel to Grassley, “I have no memory of this alleged incident..Kavanaugh and I were friends in high school but I do not recall the party described in..Ford’s letter. More to the point, I never saw Brett act in the manner..Ford describes”

Senator Dianne Feinstein circulated Christine Ford’s unredacted letter about the allegations against Kavanaugh to her staff –which of course was subsequently leaked to the media–Chuck Grassley, the Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee says he still hasn’t seen the unredacted letter even though he has after repeatedly asked for the document.

Feinstein is withholding evidence from the Republicans on the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Now this…

Ed Whelan, Justice Scalia’s former law clerk and president of conservative think tank the Ethics and Public Policy Center (EPPC), came out in defense of Brett Kavanaugh and said compelling evidence will come out next week exonerating Kavanaugh.

Ed Whelan: By one week from today, I expect that Judge Kavanaugh will have been clearly vindicated on this matter. Specifically, I expect that compelling evidence will show his categorical denial to be truthful. There will be no cloud over him.

Ed Whelan continued “It’s precisely b/c sexual assault is so terrible that it is deeply unjust when someone is mistakenly (even good-faith mistakenly) accused of having committed it,” he said. “Everyone should rejoice when the mistake is found.”

When you can define the narrative you can direct the outcome. That's what they are attempting to do by smearing this man. You always hear the MSM talking heads saying "She has nothing to gain by coming forward", except for the fact that she does not want him on the Supreme Court because she disagrees with him ideologically.

Senate GOP makes counteroffer to Kavanaugh accuser with Friday deadline (https://www.politico.com/story/2018/09/21/trump-kavanaugh-christine-blasey-ford-charges-834664)

GOP members of the Judiciary Committee held a conference call on Friday morning to discuss how to respond to the requests from Ford’s lawyers. But several elements of their offer appear to be nonstarters with Democrats and Ford’s camp, which had made clear that she could not be in the capital to testify before Thursday, according to a senior aide to the minority.

“They’re making this disingenuous counteroffer knowing she won’t be here,” the Democratic aide said.

The GOP has been told that Ford does not want to fly from her California home to Washington, according to the Republican senator, which means she may need to drive across the country to make the hearing. Ford has reportedly told friends she is uncomfortable in confined spaces, indicating a physical difficulty in making the trip by plane.

I think before all these crimes on the left come home to roost, some of the crimes we've seen will be going to the Supreme Court to be decided.
Could this be one more reason the left will derail Kavanaugh's confirmation, so the Supreme Court will not be able to rule one way of the other, with a 4-4 split?

True Pundit To Release Unedited High School Yearbooks of Christine Ford That Were Scrubbed from Internet

admin (https://truepundit.com/author/admin/)September 23, 2018
“We will release Ford’s yearbooks,” said Mike “Thomas Paine” Moore of True Pundit. “We have some already in-house and are working on obtaining more and these are all unedited, raw just like when they were published in the 1980s.”

Moore noted every electronic trace of the yearbooks have been scrubbed from the internet in recent weeks.

Until now.

“There is some crazy stuff in these yearbooks,” Moore said. “No wonder they vanished. But we at True Pundit feel it is important to release the unedited versions prior to Judge Kavanaugh’s hearing this week where Ford is also scheduled to testify.”

This story is developing.

The lying scum liberals are trying to finish Kavanaugh off

Senate Democrats Investigate a New Allegation of Sexual Misconduct, from Brett Kavanaugh’s College Years
By Ronan Farrow and Jane MayerSeptember 23, 2018

s Senate Republicans press for a swift vote to confirm Brett Kavanaugh, President Trump’s nominee to the Supreme Court, Senate Democrats are investigating a new allegation of sexual misconduct against Kavanaugh. The claim dates to the 1983-84 academic school year, when Kavanaugh was a freshman at Yale University. The offices of at least four Democratic senators have received information about the allegation, and at least two have begun investigating it. Senior Republican staffers also learned of the allegation last week and, in conversations with The New Yorker, expressed concern about its potential impact on Kavanaugh’s nomination. Soon after, Senate Republicans issued renewed calls to accelerate the timing of a committee vote. The Democratic Senate offices reviewing the allegations believe that they merit further investigation. “This is another serious, credible, and disturbing allegation against Brett Kavanaugh. It should be fully investigated,” Senator Mazie Hirono, of Hawaii, said. An aide in one of the other Senate offices added, “These allegations seem credible, and we’re taking them very seriously. If established, they’re clearly disqualifying.”

The woman at the center of the story, Deborah Ramirez, who is fifty-three, attended Yale with Kavanaugh, where she studied sociology and psychology. Later, she spent years working for an organization that supports victims of domestic violence. The New Yorker contacted Ramirez after learning of her possible involvement in an incident involving Kavanaugh. The allegation was conveyed to Democratic senators by a civil-rights lawyer. For Ramirez, the sudden attention has been unwelcome, and prompted difficult choices. She was at first hesitant to speak publicly, partly because her memories contained gaps because she had been drinking at the time of the alleged incident. In her initial conversations with The New Yorker, she was reluctant to characterize Kavanaugh’s role in the alleged incident with certainty. After six days of carefully assessing her memories and consulting with her attorney, Ramirez said that she felt confident enough of her recollections to say that she remembers Kavanaugh had exposed himself at a drunken dormitory party, thrust his penis in her face, and caused her to touch it without her consent as she pushed him away. Ramirez is now calling for the F.B.I. to investigate Kavanaugh’s role in the incident. “I would think an F.B.I. investigation would be warranted,” she said.

In a statement, Kavanaugh wrote, “This alleged event from 35 years ago did not happen. The people who knew me then know that this did not happen, and have said so. This is a smear, plain and simple. I look forward to testifying on Thursday about the truth, and defending my good name—and the reputation for character and integrity I have spent a lifetime building—against these last-minute allegations.”

The White House spokesperson Kerri Kupec said the Administration stood by Kavanaugh. “This 35-year-old, uncorroborated claim is the latest in a coordinated smear campaign by the Democrats designed to tear down a good man. This claim is denied by all who were said to be present and is wholly inconsistent with what many women and men who knew Judge Kavanaugh at the time in college say. The White House stands firmly behind Judge Kavanaugh.”

Ramirez said that, when both she and Kavanaugh were freshmen at Yale, she was invited by a friend on the women’s soccer team to a dorm-room party. She recalled that the party took place in a suite at Lawrance Hall, in the part of Yale known as Old Campus, and that a small group of students decided to play a drinking game together. “We were sitting in a circle,” she said. “People would pick who drank.” Ramirez was chosen repeatedly, she said, and quickly became inebriated. At one point, she said, a male student pointed a gag plastic penis in her direction. Later, she said, she was on the floor, foggy and slurring her words, as that male student and another stood nearby. (Ramirez identified the two male onlookers, but, at her request, The New Yorker is not naming them.)

A third male student then exposed himself to her. “I remember a penis being in front of my face,” she said. “I knew that’s not what I wanted, even in that state of mind.” She recalled remarking, “That’s not a real penis,” and the other students laughing at her confusion and taunting her, one encouraging her to “kiss it.” She said that she pushed the person away, touching it in the process. Ramirez, who was raised a devout Catholic, in Connecticut, said that she was shaken. “I wasn’t going to touch a penis until I was married,” she said. “I was embarrassed and ashamed and humiliated.” She remembers Kavanaugh standing to her right and laughing, pulling up his pants. “Brett was laughing,” she said. “I can still see his face, and his hips coming forward, like when you pull up your pants.” She recalled another male student shouting about the incident. “Somebody yelled down the hall, ‘Brett Kavanaugh just put his penis in Debbie’s face,’ ” she said. “It was his full name. I don’t think it was just ‘Brett.’ And I remember hearing and being mortified that this was out there.”

Ramirez acknowledged that there are significant gaps in her memories of the evening, and that, if she ever presents her story to the F.B.I. or members of the Senate, she will inevitably be pressed on her motivation for coming forward after so many years, and questioned about her memory, given her drinking at the party.

And yet, after several days of considering the matter carefully, she said, “I’m confident about the pants coming up, and I’m confident about Brett being there.” Ramirez said that what has stayed with her most forcefully is the memory of laughter at her expense from Kavanaugh and the other students. “It was kind of a joke,” she recalled. “And now it’s clear to me it wasn’t a joke.”

By his freshman year, Kavanaugh was eighteen, and legally an adult. During his confirmation hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Kavanaugh swore under oath that as a legal adult he had never “committed any verbal or physical harassment or assault of a sexual nature.”

The New Yorker has not confirmed with other eyewitnesses that Kavanaugh was present at the party. The magazine contacted several dozen classmates of Ramirez and Kavanaugh regarding the incident. Many did not respond to interview requests; others declined to comment, or said they did not attend or remember the party. A classmate of Ramirez’s, who declined to be identified because of the partisan battle over Kavanaugh’s nomination, said that another student told him about the incident either on the night of the party or in the next day or two. The classmate said that he is “one-hundred-per-cent sure” that he was told at the time that Kavanaugh was the student who exposed himself to Ramirez. He independently recalled many of the same details offered by Ramirez, including that a male student had encouraged Kavanaugh as he exposed himself. The classmate, like Ramirez, recalled that the party took place in a common room on the first floor in Entryway B of Lawrance Hall, during their freshman year. “I’ve known this all along,” he said. “It’s been on my mind all these years when his name came up. It was a big deal.” The story stayed with him, he said, because it was disturbing and seemed outside the bounds of typically acceptable behavior, even during heavy drinking at parties on campus. The classmate said that he had been shocked, but not necessarily surprised, because the social group to which Kavanaugh belonged often drank to excess. He recalled Kavanaugh as “relatively shy” until he drank, at which point he said that Kavanaugh could become “aggressive and even belligerent.”

Another classmate, Richard Oh, an emergency-room doctor in California, recalled overhearing, soon after the party, a female student tearfully recounting to another student an incident at a party involving a gag with a fake penis, followed by a male student exposing himself. Oh is not certain of the identity of the female student. Ramirez told her mother and sister about an upsetting incident at the time, but did not describe the details to either due to her embarrassment.

Mark Krasberg, an assistant professor of neurosurgery at the University of New Mexico who was also a member of Kavanaugh and Ramirez’s class at Yale, said Kavanaugh’s college behavior had become a topic of discussion among former Yale students soon after Kavanaugh’s nomination. In one e-mail that Krasberg received in September, the classmate who recalled hearing about the incident with Ramirez alluded to the allegation and wrote that it “would qualify as a sexual assault,” he speculated, “if it’s true.”

One of the male classmates who Ramirez said egged on Kavanaugh denied any memory of the party. “I don’t think Brett would flash himself to Debbie, or anyone, for that matter,” he said. Asked why he thought Ramirez was making the allegation, he responded, “I have no idea.” The other male classmate who Ramirez said was involved in the incident commented, “I have zero recollection.”

In a statement, two of those male classmates who Ramirez alleged were involved in the incident, the wife of a third male student she said was involved, and three other classmates, Dino Ewing, Louisa Garry, and Dan Murphy, disputed Ramirez’s account of events: “We were the people closest to Brett Kavanaugh during his first year at Yale. He was a roommate to some of us, and we spent a great deal of time with him, including in the dorm where this incident allegedly took place. Some of us were also friends with Debbie Ramirez during and after her time at Yale. We can say with confidence that if the incident Debbie alleges ever occurred, we would have seen or heard about it—and we did not. The behavior she describes would be completely out of character for Brett. In addition, some of us knew Debbie long after Yale, and she never described this incident until Brett’s Supreme Court nomination was pending. Editors from the New Yorker contacted some of us because we are the people who would know the truth, and we told them that we never saw or heard about this.”

The former friend who was married to the male classmate alleged to be involved, and who signed the statement, said of Ramirez, “This is a woman I was best friends with. We shared intimate details of our lives. And I was never told this story by her, or by anyone else. It never came up. I didn’t see it; I never heard of it happening.” She said she hadn’t spoken with Ramirez for about ten years, but that the two women had been close all through college, and Kavanaugh had remained part of what she called their “larger social circle.” In an initial conversation with The New Yorker, she suggested that Ramirez may have been politically motivated. Later, she said that she did not know if this was the case.

Ramirez is a registered Democrat, but said that her decision to speak out was not politically motivated and, regarding her views, that she “works toward human rights, social justice, and social change.” Ramirez said that she felt “disappointed and betrayed” by the statements from classmates questioning her allegation, “because I clearly remember people in the room whose names are on this letter.”

Several other classmates said that they believed Ramirez to be credible and honest, and vouched for her integrity. James Roche was roommates with Kavanaugh at the time of the alleged incident and is now the C.E.O. of a software company in San Francisco. “Debbie and I became close friends shortly after we both arrived at Yale,” he said. “She stood out as being exceptionally honest and gentle. I cannot imagine her making this up.” He said that he never witnessed Kavanaugh engage in any sexual misconduct, but did recall him being “frequently, incoherently drunk.” He described Ramirez as a vulnerable outsider. “Is it believable that she was alone with a wolfy group of guys who thought it was funny to sexually torment a girl like Debbie? Yeah, definitely. Is it believable that Kavanaugh was one of them? Yes.” Another acquaintance from college, Jennifer Klaus, similarly said that she considered the allegation plausible, adding, “Debbie’s always been a very truthful, kind—almost to the point of being selfless—individual.” A third classmate, who Ramirez thought had attended the party, said that she was not present at the incident. The former student, who asked not to be named, said that she also found Ramirez credible.

Former students described an atmosphere at Yale at the time in which alcohol-fuelled parties often led to behavior similar to that described by Ramirez. “I believe it could have happened,” another classmate who knew both Kavanaugh and Ramirez said. Though she was not aware of Kavanaugh being involved in any specific misconduct, she recalled that heavy drinking was routine and that Ramirez was sometimes victimized and taunted by male students in his social circle. “They were always, like, ‘Debbie’s here!,’ and then they’d get into their ‘Lord of the Flies’ thing,” she said. While at Yale, Kavanaugh became a member of the Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity, or “DKE,” which several students said was known for its wild and, in the view of some critics, misogynistic parties. Kavanaugh was also a member of an all-male secret society, Truth and Courage, which was popularly known by the nickname “Tit and Clit.”

Ramirez said that she continued to socialize with one of the male classmates who had egged Kavanaugh on during the party during college; she even invited the classmate to her house for Thanksgiving one year, after he told her that he had nowhere to go. She also attended his wedding, years later, as a guest of his wife, and said that she posed for photographs with Kavanaugh, smiling.

Ramirez said that she remained silent about the matter and did not fully confront her memories about it for years because she blamed herself for drinking too much. “It was a story that was known, but it was a story I was embarrassed about,” she said. More recently, she has begun to reassess what happened. “Even if I did drink too much, any person observing it, would they want their daughter, their granddaughter, with a penis in their face, while they’re drinking that much?” she said. “I can say that at fifty-three, but when I was nineteen or twenty I was vulnerable. I didn’t know better.” Reflecting on the incident now, she said she considers Kavanaugh’s male classmates culpable. “They’re accountable for not stopping this,” she said. However, “What Brett did is worse.” She added, “What does it mean, that this person has a role in defining women’s rights in our future?”

As Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearings became a national story, the discussions among Ramirez and Kavanaugh’s classmates took on heightened urgency, eventually spreading to news organizations and to the Senate. Senate aides from Ramirez’s home state of Colorado alerted a lawyer, Stanley Garnett, a former Democratic district attorney in Boulder, who currently represents her. Ramirez ultimately decided to begin telling her story publicly, before others did so for her. “I didn’t want any of this,” she said. “But now I have to speak.”

Ramirez said that she hoped her story would support that of Christine Blasey Ford, the California professor who has raised an allegation of sexual misconduct against Kavanaugh that bears several similarities to Ramirez’s claim. Like Ramirez, Ford said that Kavanaugh was involved in sexual misconduct at a party while drunk and egged on by a male friend. In July, she sent a letter to Senator Dianne Feinstein alleging that, at a party in the summer of 1982, when she was fifteen and Kavanaugh was seventeen and in high school, Kavanaugh pushed her into a bedroom, locked the door, pinned her to a bed, and covered her mouth to stop her screams as he attempted to pull off her clothes. Details of Ford’s allegation were initially made public by The New Yorker, which did not name her at the time. Subsequently, she disclosed her name in an interview with the Washington Post. In her letter, Ford said that during the incident she feared that Kavanaugh might inadvertently kill her. She alleged that a male friend and Georgetown Prep classmate of Kavanaugh’s, Mark Judge, was present in the room, alternately urging Kavanaugh to “go for it” and to “stop.” Kavanaugh has denied the allegation.

Ford’s allegation has made Judge a potentially pivotal witness for Kavanaugh. Judge told The New Yorker that he had “no recollection” of such an incident. Judge, who is a conservative writer, later gave an interview to The Weekly Standard in which he called Ford’s allegation “just absolutely nuts,” adding, “I never saw Brett act that way.” Asked by the interviewer whether he could remember any “sort of rough-housing with a female student back in high school” that might have been “interpreted differently by parties involved,” Judge told the publication, “I can’t. I can recall a lot of rough-housing with guys.” He added, “I don’t remember any of that stuff going on with girls.”

After seeing Judge’s denial, Elizabeth Rasor, who met Judge at Catholic University and was in a relationship with him for about three years, said that she felt morally obligated to challenge his account that “ ‘no horseplay’ took place at Georgetown Prep with women.” Rasor stressed that “under normal circumstances, I wouldn’t reveal information that was told in confidence,” but, she said, “I can’t stand by and watch him lie.” In an interview with The New Yorker, she said, “Mark told me a very different story.” Rasor recalled that Judge had told her ashamedly of an incident that involved him and other boys taking turns having sex with a drunk woman. Rasor said that Judge seemed to regard it as fully consensual. She said that Judge did not name others involved in the incident, and she has no knowledge that Kavanaugh participated. But Rasor was disturbed by the story and noted that it undercut Judge’s protestations about the sexual innocence of Georgetown Prep. (Barbara Van Gelder, an attorney for Judge, said that he “categorically denies” the account related by Rasor. Van Gelder said that Judge had no further comment.)

Another woman who attended high school in the nineteen-eighties in Montgomery County, Maryland, where Georgetown Prep is located, also refuted Judge’s account of the social scene at the time, sending a letter to Ford’s lawyers saying that she had witnessed boys at parties that included Georgetown Prep students engaging in sexual misconduct. In an interview, the woman, who asked to have her name withheld for fear of political retribution, recalled that male students “would get a female student blind drunk” on what they called “jungle juice”—grain alcohol mixed with Hawaiian Punch—then try to take advantage of her. “It was disgusting,” she said. “They treated women like meat.”

Kavanaugh’s attitude toward women has come to play a central role in his confirmation process. His backers have offered portrayals of his strong support for girls and women. When Kavanaugh accepted Trump’s nomination to the Court at a White House event in July, he and Trump both stressed that he had numerous female law clerks, and that he coached his young daughters’ school basketball teams. During his Senate confirmation hearings, Kavanaugh at one point ushered into the Senate hearing room a large group of school girls whose basketball games he had coached, showcasing his warm and supportive relationships with women. Earlier this month, on the same day The New Yorker reported details of Ford’s allegation, Republicans on the Judiciary Committee released a letter from sixty-five women defending the nominee. On Monday, CNN reported that the White House has been contacting many of those women again, hoping to present their perspective to the media, perhaps as part of a group news conference.

The very different portrayals of Kavanaugh and his social scene offered by Ford, and now Ramirez, come at a crucial point in the confirmation process. On Friday, the Republican Senator Charles Grassley, of Iowa, the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, issued a public ultimatum to Ford, announcing that he would schedule the committee’s vote on Kavanaugh’s confirmation for Monday morning if she did not respond to an invitation to testify by a deadline, set first for Friday night and then for Saturday afternoon. Lawyers for Ford had pushed back, demanding an outside investigation of Ford’s allegation by the F.B.I. before she offered testimony, and said that she needed additional time to prepare. The White House and F.B.I. have declined to pursue that F.B.I. investigation, though Grassley has stated that his office has conducted its own inquiries into the matter. On Sunday, Ford’s lawyer and the committee reached an agreement for her to testify on Thursday.

In a statement, Kavanaugh’s attorneys Beth Wilkinson and Alexandra Walsh wrote, “Judge Kavanaugh fully and honestly answered the Judiciary Committee’s questions over multiple days only to have unsubstantiated allegations come out when a vote on his confirmation was imminent. What matters in situations like these are facts and evidence.” Like Kavanaugh, they said that, on Thursday, “testimony and evidence will confirm what Judge Kavanaugh has made clear all along—that he did not commit the sexual assault Dr. Blasey Ford describes.”

The issue has proved to be politically delicate for the White House. Last week, Vanity Fair reported that White House officials were concerned about additional allegations against Kavanaugh emerging, and cited a source who claimed that Ivanka Trump, the President’s daughter and adviser, had urged him to withdraw Kavanaugh’s nomination. Trump has defended Kavanaugh in the wake of Ford’s allegations. In a series of tweets on Friday, he sought to undermine her account of events, writing, “I have no doubt that, if the attack on Dr. Ford was as bad as she says, charges would have been immediately filed with local Law Enforcement Authorities by either her or her loving parents.” He described Kavanaugh as “a fine man,” who he wrote was “under assault by radical left wing politicians.”

Ramirez said that witnessing the attempts to discredit Ford had made her frightened to share her own story, which she knew would be attacked due to the gaps in her memory and her level of inebriation at the time. “I’m afraid how this will all come back on me,” she said. Her attorney, Garnett, said that he and Ramirez had not yet decided when and how she would convey the details of her allegation to the Senate Judiciary Committee and whether new counsel would represent her in Washington. “We’re carefully evaluating what the appropriate next steps would be,” he said. They both said that an F.B.I. investigation of the matter was merited. “I do believe an F.B.I. investigation of this kind of character-related information would be appropriate, and would be an effective way to relay the information to the committee,” Garnett said. Of Ramirez, he added, “She’s as careful and credible a witness as I’ve encountered in thirty-six years of practicing law.” Ramirez said that she hoped an investigation could be carried out before the committee voted on Kavanaugh’s nomination. “At least look at it,” she said of her claim. “At least check it out.”

Everything the Democrats do, say, support and promote should discounted as fraud and never be trusted ever again.
Their globalist agenda of taking down our country is all they care about and they will do anything to achieve their agenda.

If you watched the Levin show, it exposes their agenda that has been in the works for many years.
They have been stacking the courts, universities, media, FBI, DOJ, CIA with liberal globalists for many years. They have but one goal, to destroy America.

I wish President Trump would hold a national televised address for the world to see, to expose their full evil agenda.

There has to be someone who concludes that anyone revealing that they had a penis in their face in college at this juncture is actually way more evil than actually placing your penis near someones face in college.

I doubt anyone in mainstream will grasp the notion.

Why? Because media is run by female midlevel management.

Female midlevel management is never wrong and also never right.

I have a feeling that Kavanaugh is pushing the “how good he has been for women” throughout his life a bit to strongly. I think it is suspect... It’s like pedophiles telling how important it is to work and do good things for children. Wouldn’t be surprised if the allegations are true, and there is much more in the closet.

If what is currently on the table is true. I don’t think it should disqualify him from Supreme Court. I don’t think one should be judged to harshly on what one is doing in a drunken uninhibited state when a testosterone filled teenager, unless you really hurt people.

Document Expert: Multiple Discrepancies Discovered in Senator Feinstein’s Christine Ford Letter – Looks Like a Fraud

Another Internet sleuth released a series of tweets that are damning to the letter provided by Senator Feinstein from Dr. Ford who accused Judge Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct nearly 40 years ago.

The Internet is the place where individuals with different backgrounds and skill sets are able to combine their efforts to address the many lies in the MSM today. This happens all the time and the MSM hates it when their lies are uncovered or questioned.

Yesterday Dr. Dannielle (Dossy) Blumenthal released a series of tweets that dissect and refute the letter provided by Senator Feinstein from the accuser of Judge Kavanaugh. Dr. Ford’s letter is full of flaws which lead one to realize something just doesn’t add up!

Dr. ‘Dossy’ Blumenthal states that she believes Ford’s letter is written by a third party –

1) I believe the letter from Dr. Ford was written by a third party.#ConfirmKavanaughNow pic.twitter.com/qbJPviP75p

— Dannielle Blumenthal PhD (@DrDannielle) September 24, 2018

Dossy lists her credibility reviewing letters to Congress –

17) My professional opinion is based on 2.5 years of being responsible for constituent letters from Congress. Meaning, I have scanned, read, reviewed, routed and responded to hundreds of them.

— Dannielle Blumenthal PhD (@DrDannielle) September 24, 2018

Dossy also has a Ph.D with a focus on creative writing –

19) I have a Ph.D. in sociology and a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies with a focus on creative writing.

— Dannielle Blumenthal PhD (@DrDannielle) September 24, 2018

Dossy overall believes that an educated person did not write Dr. Ford’s letter –

21) First of all, as has already been pointed out, Dr. Ford’s letter does not read like a very educated person wrote it. https://t.co/WN8kGCUMtk

— Dannielle Blumenthal PhD (@DrDannielle) September 24, 2018

Dossy provides a copy of the letter –

22) Here is the letter.https://t.co/errMnJaoHF pic.twitter.com/mTN8iVUmQV

— Dannielle Blumenthal PhD (@DrDannielle) September 24, 2018

Dossy notes that the first clue is “high school” is capitalized when it shouldn’t be –

23) The first clue is that she capitalized “high school.” In this sentence, it doesn’t need to be capitalized. pic.twitter.com/VeDewwB4SV

— Dannielle Blumenthal PhD (@DrDannielle) September 24, 2018

Dossy says people use their best English when writing Congress yet Dr. Ford’s letter is sloppy –

24) It has been my experience at work that private citizens generally use their best English writing skills in communicating to Congress. Dr. Ford has a Stanford pedigree, is a PhD, and is heavily published. The letter is sloppy.

— Dannielle Blumenthal PhD (@DrDannielle) September 24, 2018

The font size of the first line of the second paragraph is in a different font – would a professor send such a sloppy letter to Congress?

25) The second clue is the first line of the second paragraph. As others have pointed out, the font size is not consistent; is this a sloppy printout she is sending on a letter of historic importance? pic.twitter.com/yyQUiBm6Mg

— Dannielle Blumenthal PhD (@DrDannielle) September 24, 2018

Dr. Ford wrote “in the early 1980’s” – wrong grammar – should be “1980s” –

26) Also noteworthy is that she says “in the early 1980’s.” The grammar here is wrong – you would write “1980s” without the apostrophe. pic.twitter.com/WbJTVnlUZd

— Dannielle Blumenthal PhD (@DrDannielle) September 24, 2018

Emotional constituents would not be so vague –

27) Further, in the letters I have reviewed, emotional constituents are usually hyper-specific about their complaints — never vague. Logically, that is why they are writing to Congress: to remedy a wrong that is clear to them, but not others.

So “early 1980’s” is not normal. pic.twitter.com/sOYc4sPf2G

— Dannielle Blumenthal PhD (@DrDannielle) September 24, 2018

It’s odd that Judge Kavanaugh’s name is not in the first line – why? –

28) Here’s another odd thing. Why didn’t she put Kavanaugh’s name in the first line, eg “I am writing to express my concerns about Judge Brett Kavanaugh.” pic.twitter.com/wQbQFrfJun

— Dannielle Blumenthal PhD (@DrDannielle) September 24, 2018

Why did Dr. Ford say she hasn’t “knowingly” seen Kavanaugh since? Was she drunk?

29) Why did the writer of the letter go to such pains to say: “I have not knowingly seen Kavanaugh since…”

What does “knowingly” refer to?
Was she drunk at other parties and can’t remember him? pic.twitter.com/olQ5FxRPwg

— Dannielle Blumenthal PhD (@DrDannielle) September 24, 2018

Dr. Ford says “they” locked the door – which one – both?

30) “They” locked the door. Who is “they?” Which one? Both together? pic.twitter.com/HtZJWe56FH

— Dannielle Blumenthal PhD (@DrDannielle) September 24, 2018

Dr. Ford writes a “very drunken” – poor English again – should be “very drunk” –

31) “a very drunken Judge said mixed words to Kavanaugh” — this is the writing of either an illiterate or someone for whom English is a second language.

—“Very drunken”? She means “very drunk.”

—“Mixed words?” She means “said contradictory things.” pic.twitter.com/t73djlNI7r

— Dannielle Blumenthal PhD (@DrDannielle) September 24, 2018

The letter does not mirror being from someone who is a Dr. –

32) This is not to offend people who don’t have good English skills or who are struggling to learn. Rather it is to point out that the letter does not reflect someone of Dr. Ford’s professional rank.

— Dannielle Blumenthal PhD (@DrDannielle) September 24, 2018

The awkward English has poor grammar interspersed with flowery language –

33) The awkward English and poor grammar is interspersed with flowery language.

“The two scrapped with each other,” for example.

“I was able to take this opportune moment.” pic.twitter.com/N8OIUHWFIP

— Dannielle Blumenthal PhD (@DrDannielle) September 24, 2018

Dr. Ford calls psychotherapy as medical treatment – why? –

34) Why does she refer to psychotherapy as “medical treatment?” pic.twitter.com/Ha4tpy8Gy7

— Dannielle Blumenthal PhD (@DrDannielle) September 24, 2018

The letter is not from someone who has been published in journals – no way –

35) This person has been published in countless peer-reviewed journals.

Doesn’t add up.

— Dannielle Blumenthal PhD (@DrDannielle) September 24, 2018

The letter refers to the same bathroom twice making it sound like two different bathrooms –

36) Another example: The letter writer refers to the same bathroom twice, but the second mention makes it sound like it is a totally different bathroom. pic.twitter.com/Uqva0uwjls

— Dannielle Blumenthal PhD (@DrDannielle) September 24, 2018

Why does Dr. Ford use her maiden name in the letter?

37) If she is married and published under her married name why is she using her maiden name? pic.twitter.com/FVOQqrqRyt

— Dannielle Blumenthal PhD (@DrDannielle) September 24, 2018

Why does Dr. Ford not refer to herself as Dr.?

38) Why doesn’t she refer to herself as “Dr.?” Where is her return address? Where is Feinstein’s address? Eshoo’s? pic.twitter.com/3fwyYctT1c

— Dannielle Blumenthal PhD (@DrDannielle) September 24, 2018

Confidential is in the letter 3 times – when did Dr. Ford agree to release her name? –

39) The word “confidential” appears three times, once in bold. Where did Ford agree to have her name released again? pic.twitter.com/gfDgEPUu6J

— Dannielle Blumenthal PhD (@DrDannielle) September 24, 2018

Dr. Ford shifts tense in the same sentence – not professional –

40) Shift in tense here: “It is upsetting” (present tense) but “I felt” (past tense). Again not PhD level writing or even basic business writing. pic.twitter.com/6t2V2nVU8f

— Dannielle Blumenthal PhD (@DrDannielle) September 24, 2018

Was there a privacy release from Dr. Ford? If so, when? –

41) Where is the Privacy Release Form that would allow Feinstein to inquire on Ford’s behalf?

— Dannielle Blumenthal PhD (@DrDannielle) September 24, 2018

The whole letter just does not add up – no way –

45) This whole story just doesn’t add up.

Starting with that very fake-sounding letter.

— Dannielle Blumenthal PhD (@DrDannielle) September 24, 2018

Finally— Dossy states that it is ironic that the same people that contaminate our culture promoting sex to children scream outrage when conservatives are accused of sexual misdeeds –

13) I find it ironic that the same people who want to use government money in our schools to teach children to have sex — the same people who plant articles in Teen Vogue about sodomy — are the ones who scream “RAAAAPPPEE” because Brett Kavanaugh was part of heterosexual life.

Senate Judiciary Committee reschedules vote on Brett Kavanaugh for Friday morning

Tension builds ahead of high-stakes Kavanaugh hearing (http://video.foxnews.com/v/5840042183001/tension-builds-ahead-high-stakes-kavanaugh-hearing)
Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh and his accuser Dr. Christine Blasey Ford are scheduled to testify under oath before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday; chief congressional correspondent Mike Emanuel reports from Capitol Hill.
The Senate Judiciary Committee announced Tuesday that it had rescheduled a vote on Brett Kavanaugh's Supreme Court nomination for Friday morning.

The vote is scheduled to take place at 9:30 a.m. ET one day after Kavanaugh and sex assault accuser Christine Blasey Ford are due to testify before lawmakers. Ford has claimed that Kavanaugh tried removing her clothes during a party when they were in high school. Kavanaugh denies her accusation.

A successful vote Friday is not necessary to advance Kavanaugh's nomination to the full Senate. Current Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas received no recommendation from the Judiciary Committee in 1991, but was still confirmed by the Senate. Conversely, Robert Bork received an unfavorable recognition from the committee in 1987, though his nomination was rejected by the full Senate.

The allegations by Ford, who went public with her claims Sept. 16, have caused cracks in what appeared to be a smooth path to confirmation for Kavanaugh. Multiple Republican senators have told Fox News that they want to hear Ford's testimony before deciding which way to vote on Kavanaugh's nomination.

Sen. Susan Collins of Maine, a key undecided Republican, told reporters she will be "glued to the television" during Thursday's hearing.
However, GOP lawmakers sounded more bullish about Kavanaugh's chances on Tuesday, with some discussing keeping the Senate in session this weekend so that they can begin the process of confirming Kavanaugh right away.
"I go into the hearings with very positive feelings about him, and I hope Thursday goes well," Sen. Bob Corker, R-Tenn., told reporters.
The debate took another twist Sunday night when the New Yorker magazine published claims by Deborah Ramirez, a Yale classmate of Kavanaugh who says he exposed himself to her while drunk at a college party in the 1980s. Kavanaugh has denied that allegation as well.

Fox News has learned that Judiciary Committee staffers interviewed Kavanaugh by phone about the Ramirez allegations on Tuesday. A source familiar with the call told Fox News that Republican staffers led the interview, while Democratic aides listened without asking any questions.

They are pulling out all everything in an attempt to smear this guy. They really do not want him on the Supreme Court.

I read the statement; (assuming it's true) how in the world is this now only coming out? A pack of gang-raping young men who attacked multiple women over many different occasions, with multiple witnesses, and only now is it coming out? Nobody's ever heard of this before?

The Autists at /Pol are digging into her background.

Definitely some interesting findings. They found a doc showing she graduated high school in 1980, Yet Kavanaugh didn't graduated until 83.

Here's the thread, with screen caps of MyLife reviews of Julie calling her out as a disease spreading married man fucking whore. (posted back in 2015 / 2016 so long before she made this accusation.)

And Kavanaugh is more concerned about social signalling his support for "oppressed wommynz" than the truth. I just heard him on the news criticizing Trump for dismissing Ford's claims, saying that you can't dismiss a woman's claims just because she was 15 and young. Wow... I mean, really... wow. He'd rather signal his #metoo support than draw a god-damn line in the sand and stand up like a man and declare the whole thing what it obviously is, a fraud meant to sabotage his appointment to the court! At this point if he loses the nomination, I blame him as much as anyone else for cucking out and failing to defend himself!

Someone please give me ANY example of upper middle class high school BOYS (in private CATHOLIC school) doing such a thing (drugging girls and pulling a train on 'em) in the early 1980s.

That profile shows her to be "African American" (fooled me) and that she was born in 1962 which would have put her graduating high school in 1980. And she was hanging out with high school boys when she was 21?? ???

Wow, Even Lindsey "most likely wears a dress" Graham is weighing in.

“Judge Kavanaugh has just emphatically denied the recent allegation being levied by Michael Avenatti and his client. He says he does not know the woman in question and emphatically denies the accusations. I would remind everyone that dozens of women who knew Judge Kavanaugh during the time period in question completely vouch for his good character.

“Mr. Avenatti first tweeted Sunday night that he had new and explosive information, and he was immediately contacted by the Senate Judiciary Committee to provide information. He has chosen to release these claims the day before Mrs. Ford’s hearing and two days before a vote.

“From my view, just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse, it just did. The lawyer to porn stars has just taken this debacle to an even lower level. I hope people will be highly suspicious of this allegation presented by Michael Avenatti.

“I have a difficult time believing any person would continue to go to – according to the affidavit – ten parties over a two-year period where women were routinely gang raped and not report it. I also find it curious these charges were not brought forward until 2018, two days before a confirmation vote.

“Why would any reasonable person continue to hang around people like this? Why would any person continue to put their friends and themselves in danger? Isn’t there some duty to warn others?

“This is outrageous, internally inconsistent, and I hope the U.S. Senate will see this for the smear campaign that it is.

“It is outrageous to suggest that Brett Kavanaugh at any time in his life behaved this way. His life is inconsistent with any of these allegations. All women who have worked with and for Brett Kavanaugh when he was in a position of power have nothing but glowing things to say about the way he has conducted himself.

“This is a decent man who has lived an honorable life and is being smeared by the likes of Michael Avenatti.

“I very much believe in allowing people to be heard. But I am not going to be played, and I’m not going to have my intelligence insulted by the Michael Avenattis of the world. I will not be a participant in wholesale character assassination that defies credibility.

“If Republicans bail out on this good man because of the smears and character assassination perpetrated by Michael Avenatti, we deserve our fate.”

2 15yr-old girls randomly drinking w/ 3 popular older boys, not in same social circle. Keyser: DOESNT even know Brett. NEVER attended ANY "party" w/ him. (ONLY 5 people, not 50). Ford locks herself in bathroom & just leaves Keyser there??
Keyser would be pissed.
☝️#IBelieveHer (https://threadreaderapp.com/hashtag/IBelieveHer)

This ISNT a "normal" situation, as Fords lawyers gave as a reason Keyser WOULDNT remember this gathering. You bet your ass Keyser would remember being left at a house w/ 3 guys, she doesnt know. Her BEST FRIEND just disappears... & they NEVER talk about it?
Bulllllllshiiiiiit!

Sorry #ChristineBlaseyFord (https://threadreaderapp.com/hashtag/ChristineBlaseyFord), this is completely irrational & not even close to normal. You say your BEST FRIEND wouldnt remember this get together? Wrong. It's a BIG deal for a 15yr old to randomly be at some house w/ older popular boys, on the football team & you "left her there"

That night or next day your best friend didnt come looking for you? Call you? Ask why you ran out, left her there? Ford cant remember whose house it was? Had to be 1 of the 5 people there, including Ford (she lived next to community pool). Your BEST FRIEND doesnt even know Brett

Here's the deal: Maybe something did happen to Ford at some point in her young life. She admits trying to convince herself nothing happened. Afraid to tell parents.樂How many other times did she make up stories to not get in trouble? Convince herself they are true.

Everyone deep dives into Kavanaugh's life"oh my GOD, he drank in college," like THATS abnormal but no one questions Fords past. Anyone else abuse her? So her nor Keyser ever hung out w/ or spoke to these 3 guys again?Keyser never bragged to ANY teen bop friends about "party?

I cant believe US Senate, judiciary committee, is entertaining this & taking it seriously. I dont doubt sthing happened to Ford in her past or she's convinced herself it did
(樂weird her parents & brother are MIA, not supporting her). FBI is NOT needed. She needs a psychiatrist

Not to mention... her brother is older than her. Went to Duke University (irony) from 1978-1982. She initially said she was attacked at "a" summer party in early 80s. Did her older brother & his friends ever have "parties" at HER house, after swimming at community pool next door?

Seems more plausible if u cant remember how u got somewhere, or how u got home, its cause u were home. No one u name even remembers this "party," not even your best friend. Plausible sthing happened at HER house, w/ older boys & she was afraid to tell her parents & older brother.

Total speculation, but seems consistent w/ someone who admits to convincing herself nothing happened. Afraid of getting in trouble by parents. Where was her older bro during summers he was a college student? Anyone ask her therapists? Sounds more like family issues to me.

Serious family issues. Moved across country to get away from what? She doesnt talk about her parents or her bro. They're actually nowhere to be found in all this. What went on in the Ford house when she was growing up? What did she convince herself? What did they convince her?
https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DoBVEDvXgAAItfi.jpg (https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DoBVEDvXgAAItfi.jpg)

Wheres daddy? Mr. powerful. Mr. President of elite all-male country club Burning Tree. Gotta keep up appearances. Reputations of the elite are important. These are completely normal questions. ESPECIALLY when Ford is the ONLY one who "remembers" a bedroom scene, but nothing else.

mentions ASK HER ABOUT HER DAD, OLDER BRO & THEIR FRIENDS. Ask her about her family life. Ask her if guys ever came to her house when she was growing up. Ask her why she moved so far away from family. Why arent they supporting her

You are DUMB to not allow subpoena "witnesses." Subpoena her best friend & more importantly, subpoena ALL PSYCHOTHERAPIST NOTES from EVERY mental health professional she went to. Get medical records of diagnosis. I GUARENTEE you this entire circus will STOP immediately!

YESYESYES
Get ALL therapist notes FORD authorized to be released. And if she only asked for 1 select paragraph... WHEN & WHY?

Where are "intake" forms & family history from 1st to last therapist? Why does she never talk about her parents? Older bro? She left her best friend Keyser alone at "party" w/ boys who tried to "rape" & "kill" her? NO way.
What is Ford covering up about her "elite" family?

We're supposed to believe Ford was almost raped & says she thought she was going to be killed. So she left her best friend Keyser alone at a "party", with the same boys who tried to rape and kill her? ABSOLUTELY NOT! And they NEVER talked about it after? Never asked "are u ok?"

Ask if Ford swam at River Falls Community Center when she was a teen. Ask if she ever got home, in her swimsuit and if something happened to her at HER house. Ask if her parents or older brother ever had people over during the summers in early 80s.
https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DoByUk2XoAEZJ6l.jpg (https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DoByUk2XoAEZJ6l.jpg)

Trauma victims do block shit. She ONLY remembers being "assaulted" in a bedroom. Doesnt remember whose house, how she got there or home. Was she home?
NO ONE remembers "this party." You cant tell parents CAUSE THEY WONT BELIEVE ITS ONE OF THEIR ELITE FRIENDS?? Older bro friends?

You WOULD NOT leave your BEST FRIEND alone, with 3 guys, 2 who tried to rape & "kill" you. You WOULD NOT lock yourself in bathroom & then just leave without trying to get your friend to leave. ASK FORDS THERAPISTS ABOUT HER DESCRIPTIONS OF HER FAMILY HOUSEHOLD & RELATIONSHIPS.

This is NOT sthing that should be done in a public setting. This is classic family shit & most likely fked up shit that she has carried w/ her & tried to block entire life...convincing herself of how it HAD to have happened (different from truth) For her sake, this needs to stop.

I'm listening to Trump right now at the press conference, and he's the only one calling out as the scam that it is. He just called out all three of these sluts as liars, and didn't back down even when some reporter pulled the whole, "but you have daughters, don't you care how this affects them if they ever get sexually assaulted" and he just brushed it off. Thank God the president isn't a cuck.

Holy crap, a reporter just accused Trump of siding with Kavanaugh because they both share sexual misconduct in their past. Trump, unfazed, said that lies go both ways, and women can lie just as easily as a man can.

He pointed out that some of his false accusers got paid enough money to pay off their mortgages, how of course they have something to gain by coming out and making false claims. econd Kavanaugh accuser in standoff with committee over terms to come forward
http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2018/09/26/second-kavanaugh-accuser-in-standoff-with-committee-over-terms-to-come-forward.html

The second woman to accuse Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct remains engaged in a standoff with Senate Judiciary Committee Republicans, even as the panel grapples with two other sets of allegations.

Deborah Ramirez, who claims Kavanaugh exposed himself to her at a party in the 1980s at Yale University, has signaled through her attorney she's willing to provide information to the committee but is demanding an FBI probe first.

But the two sides are struggling to agree on the terms for even an initial conversation. This, as the committee prepares to hear Thursday from first accuser Christine Ford, who says Kavanaugh tried to force himself on her at a high school party, and vets the late-breaking accusation from a woman represented by lawyer Michael Avenatti that Kavanaugh was involved in "gang" rapes during that period.

Kavanaugh has denied all the accusations.

Republican staff on the Senate Judiciary Committee first learned about Ramirez’s claims from an article published by The New Yorker on Sunday evening.

Fox News obtained an email chain between committee Republicans and Ramirez's legal team regarding how the committee might review her allegations.

Michael Davis, the committee’s chief counsel on nominations, first reached out to attorneys for Ramirez on Sunday evening, following the publication of the article.

“Please let us know when Ms. Ramirez is available for an interview with Senate Judiciary Committee investigators,” Davis wrote in the email. “We are determined to take Ms. Ramirez’s statement and investigate further as necessary and as quickly as possible.”

Ramirez’s attorney responded, thanking him for the email and saying he would “consult” with Ramirez and be in touch. Monday afternoon, Ramirez attorney John Clune responded to Davis.

“I am responding to your email of September 23 regarding the information that Deborah Ramirez has regarding events at Yale University during her freshman year, 1983-84. Our client has accurately relayed what she recalls to the New Yorker but, as she states in the article, she would welcome an investigation by the FBI into this information and would cooperate with such,” Clune wrote. “On appropriate terms, she would also agree to be interviewed in person.”

Davis replied, asking whether Ramirez had “any other evidence, including other statements, in addition to those that are contained in the New Yorker article.”

“Is Ms. Ramirez willing to provide her evidence, including her testimony, to committee investigators?” Davis asked.

A Democratic staffer for committee ranking member Dianne Feinstein weighed in, suggesting they discuss the possibility of Ramirez speaking “directly with members, not at the staff level.”

Clune and Feinstein’s staffer appeared to agree to a phone call, but Davis weighed in again asking that Ramirez’s counsel provide answers to his questions, prior to discussing “next steps.”

“There are certainly more witnesses than in the article,” Clune replied. “That would be the benefit of an actual investigation conducted by the FBI. We don’t see how you can get to the root of the matter without that.”

Davis then asked for “evidence in the form of a letter or email to the Chairman and Ranking Member, a letter or email from counsel to the Chairman and Ranking Member, or a statement to committee investigators.”

In a later email, Davis wrote that “before we discuss a phone call or any other next steps, again, we need to have the following information,” again noting that GOP staff needed an answer to whether Ramirez had any other evidence in addition to the article, and whether she would be willing to provide it, or testimony, to the committee.

The Democratic staffer weighed in again, slamming Davis for “[refusing]” to talk with Ramirez’s counsel, noting that the committee “does not usually place preconditions on getting on the phone to discuss next steps.”

Davis reached out, via email, requesting information seven times since Sunday.

Staff for committee Democrats held a phone call with Clune and Ramirez’s other attorneys on Tuesday evening, which Davis was invited to join. He did not participate in the call.

“The difficulty is every time we try to set up a phone call, the majority party either changes the rules of the phone call or they want additional information as a condition of even having a phone call with us,” Clune told CNN’s Anderson Cooper Tuesday. “We finally had a phone call scheduled for 7 o’clock Eastern this evening, we got on the phone, and only the minority party showed. … So feels like there’s a lot of game-playing that’s going on right now by the majority party.”

Clune suggested his client is willing to provide information to the Senate if a "meaningful" FBI probe is launched.

A spokesperson for committee Republicans told Fox News on Wednesday that they wanted Ramirez’s legal team to provide a statement or further evidence so that they could have a “productive phone call.”

“We’ve asked her counsel for statement or evidence regarding the allegation, and they’ve just not done that,” the GOP committee aide told Fox News Wednesday.

The New Yorker article published Sunday revealed fresh accusations of misconduct against Kavanaugh, alleging that he exposed his genitals in Ramirez’s face during a drinking game at a dorm party in the early 1980s.

Kavanaugh has vehemently denied the allegation and the allegation first brought against him by Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, who said that he pinned her down and tried to remove her clothing at a high school party. Ford considered the incident to be “attempted rape,” her lawyer said.

But Wednesday afternoon, Kavanaugh faced a new allegation brought forth by Michael Avenatti. His client, Julie Swetnick, alleged that Kavanaugh and his friend Mark Judge drugged the “punch” at parties and took advantage of women. She accused Kavanaugh and Judge of being involved in “gang” rapes and alleged that she was a victim of a rape where Kavanaugh and Judge were present.

Avenatti serves as an attorney for adult film star Stormy Daniels, who was paid $130,000 in the weeks leading up to the presidential election in exchange for her silence about an alleged one-time sexual encounter with President Trump.

Trump blasted Avenatti as a “third rate lawyer who is good at making false accusations,” standing by his Supreme Court pick.

Donald J. Trump

@realDonaldTrump
Avenatti is a third rate lawyer who is good at making false accusations, like he did on me and like he is now doing on Judge Brett Kavanaugh. He is just looking for attention and doesn’t want people to look at his past record and relationships - a total low-life!

Kavanaugh also blasted the new allegations as false.

“This is ridiculous and from the Twilight Zone. I don’t know who this is and this never happened,” Kavanaugh said in a statement Wednesday.

At this point, it is unclear whether Ford will appear for her scheduled hearing Thursday. It also remains unclear whether Ramirez will appear before the committee in any capacity.

Clune did not respond to Fox News’ request for comment.

Republicans on the committee are currently investigating the Swetnick allegations.

Ahead of pivotal Senate hearing, witnesses surface to say Christine Ford may have mistaken them for Kavanaugh

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2018/09/27/ahead-pivotal-senate-hearing-witnesses-surface-to-say-christine-ford-may-have-mistaken-them-for-kavanaugh.html

As an extraordinary series of uncorroborated, lurid last-minute allegations threatens to derail his confirmation to the Supreme Court, nominee Brett Kavanaugh and Christine Ford, the California professor accusing him of sexually assaulting her more than three decades ago, are set to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee Thursday morning.

The proceedings may be upended by late-breaking developments: In a statement released Wednesday evening, Judiciary Committee Republicans revealed that on Monday, they conducted their "first interview with a man who believes he, not Judge Kavanaugh, had the encounter with Dr. Ford in 1982 that is the basis of his [sic] complaint." They conducted a second interview the next day.

On Wednesday, Republicans said in the statement, they received a "more in-depth written statement from the man interviewed twice previously who believes he, not Judge Kavanuagh, had the encounter in question with Dr. Ford." GOP investigators also spoke on the phone with another man making a similar claim.

Those claims, too, are a matter of dispute. On Thursday morning, Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham told “Fox & Friends” that one of those individuals is “crazy as a loon … the one that I’ve heard about, I think, is not reliable.” He did not name the individual, and the committee would not release further details about either person when reached for comment by Fox News. Another source, though, said “there’s no reason to doubt they’re both of sound mind and are both sincere in their claims.”

Ford has previously said there is "zero chance" she would have confused Kavanaugh for anyone else.

In response, an aide to Democrats on the Judiciary Committee reportedly unloaded on Senate Republicans: "Republicans are flailing," the aide said, according to NBC News. "They are desperately trying to muddy the waters. ... Twelve hours before the hearing they suggest two anonymous men claimed to have assaulted her. Democrats were never informed of these assertions in interviews, in violation of Senate rules."

The aide, before again calling for an FBI probe into Ford's accusations, added, "This is shameful and the height of irresponsibility."

But Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, shot back on Twitter late Wednesday, writing, "Some might find it exceedingly difficult to imagine Judiciary Committee Democrats expressing this complaint with straight faces."

Seung Min Kim

Democrats, who have already been furious over the handling of the investigation of these allegations, had not been told of the following interviews by GOP until info was publicly released tonight, per senior Democratic official. Ds had asked for all relevant evidence

Ford first brought her allegations to the attention of Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., in July, but Feinstein didn't disclose the allegations to her Senate colleagues or federal authorities until days before a crucial Judiciary Committee vote on Kavanaugh's confirmation earlier this month. Republicans have accused Feinstein's office of compromising Ford's anonymity by sitting on the allegations until she could deploy them for maximum political gain.

The stakes for Kavanaugh could not be higher: Key swing-vote senators have said Thursday's hearing, which will begin at 10:00 a.m. ET, presents a pivotal opportunity to assess Ford's credibility and determine whether to advance Kavanaugh to the nation's highest court.
The hearing, which for days had been in doubt, will be a chance for the public to see Ford, in person, explain in detail what she claims happened at the Maryland house party in 1982 where Kavanaugh allegedly jumped on top of her and tried to muffle her screams -- and why she didn't tell anyone about the episode until 2012.

The proceedings will commence with opening statements from Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, and ranking committee member Feinstein. After taking an oath, Ford will deliver the prepared remarks she has already provided publicly, according to a schedule provided by the committee. Each senator on the committee will then be afforded a single five-minute round of questions, with the opportunity to ask questions alternating between Democrats and Republicans.

Polygraph examiner: Ford's responses are not indicative of deception. Mike Emanuel reports from Capitol Hill.

Republicans have retained Rachel Mitchell, an experienced sex-crimes prosecutor, to handle some of their questioning, saying it will help avoid an overtly political atmosphere. Grassley has hammered Democrats, including Sen. Cory Booker, D-N.J., for "grandstanding" during the confirmation hearings earlier this month.

Democrats have indicated they intend to ask their own questions. After Ford's testimony is completed, the process will repeat for Kavanaugh.

"It's bad -- it's doing damage to the Supreme Court."
- Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh
In her prepared remarks, which Ford's attorney's released in advance on Wednesday, Ford will tell senators that she "thought that Brett [Kavanaugh] was accidentally going to kill me," and "I believed he was going to rape me."

President Trump says the 'many false charges' made against him have impacted his opinion of the allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

She will explain that she remembers "four boys" being at the party, including one "whose name I cannot recall." The people she did name -- Kavanaugh and his classmates Mark Judge and P.J. Smyth -- have denied under penalty of felony knowing anything about the alleged episode.

Ford will also describe one girl, "my friend Leland Ingham," as also in attendance. Ingham, in a previously released statement, has also denied knowing Kavanaugh or having information about the alleged assault.

POLYGRAPH REPORT REVEALS APPARENT INCONSISTENCIES IN FORD'S CLAIMS
Ford's letter to Feinstein in July, however, gave a different tally, saying that the gathering "included me and 4 others."

Additionally, in a handwritten statement she provided the former FBI agent who administered her polygraph exam in August, Ford wrote "there were 4 boys and a couple of girls" at the party -- again apparently contradicting her letter to Feinstein.

Republicans, through Mitchell, are expected to question Ford on the apparent discrepancies.

Ford is also expected to tell senators that she finally decided to disclose the alleged assault during a therapy session in 2012 because during a remodeling of her house that year, she insisted on installing a "second front door" -- leaving her husband and others wondering why.

Michael Avenatti

@MichaelAvenatti
Here is a picture of my client Julie Swetnick. She is courageous, brave and honest. We ask that her privacy and that of her family be respected.

Additionally, questions have surfaced concerning the credibility of some of Kavanaugh's other accusers, who will not be present Thursday because they have not responded to overtures from committee Republicans.

For example, Julie Swetnick, who emerged Wednesday to accuse Kavanaugh of participating in "gang rapes" and rape "trains" in the 1980s, had a restraining order filed against her by an ex-boyfriend, Politico reported.

KAVANAUGH FIGHTS BACK, TELLS INVESTIGATORS ALLEGATIONS ARE A 'DISGRACE' THAT WILL KEEP GOOD PEOPLE OUT OF PUBLIC SERVICE

“Right after I broke up with her, she was threatening my family, threatening my wife and threatening to do harm to my baby at that time,” Richard Vinneccy told Politico. "I know a lot about her. ... She’s not credible at all. Not at all."

Swetnick is represented by anti-Trump lawyer Michael Avenatti, who has refused multiple requests by the Senate Judiciary Committee to interview her in the past week. On Wednesday afternoon, 60 men and women who attended Kavanaugh's high school or sister schools signed a letter saying they had never heard of Swetnick or anything like the overt, systemic gang raping that she described.

According to The Washington Post, both the state of Maryland and the federal government have filed since-resolved liens on her property in recent years for unpaid taxes totalling tens of thousands of dollars. It was not immediately clear exactly how Swetnick, who has held multiple security clearances relating to her work with the government, resolved both liens.

President Trump says he supports a process to thoroughly vet Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, but questions Senate Democrats' tactics; chief White House correspondent John Roberts reports.
Republicans, including President Trump, have repeatedly pointed out that none of the sexual misconduct allegations against Kavanaugh has first-hand corroboration. In The New Yorker on Sunday, former Kavanaugh classmate Deborah Ramirez claimed that Kavanaugh had exposed his penis to her at a party decades ago, even as her close college friend denied ever hearing about the episode and suggested she was making the claim for political reasons.

Ramirez, who also did not immediately respond to GOP Judiciary Committee inquiries, has acknowledged not being sure whether Kavanaugh had assaulted her until last week, after she spent days consulting with her attorney.

Several other allegations emerged this week. On Tuesday, a constituent told the office of Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse, D-R.I., that in 1985, two "heavily inebriated men" referred to as "Brett and Mark" had sexually assaulted a "close friend" on a boat.

The constituent, whose name was redacted in a document release by the Judiciary Committee but uncovered through tweets cited by the committee, recanted the claim Wednesday night on Twitter -- but several media outlets continued to report the allegations for hours afterwards.

In Twitter posts, the person making the accusation had also evidently advocated removing President Trump from the White House by means of military coup. On Wednesday, a post on the accuser's Twitter account read, "Do everyone who is going crazy about what I had said I have recanted because I have made a mistake and apologize for such mistake."

In a separate case, Kavanaugh was asked by GOP investigators this week specifically about a new claim in a letter received by Sen. Cory Gardner, R-Colo., from an anonymous individual apparently in Denver, alleging that Kavanaugh "shoved" someone up against a wall "very aggressively and sexually" during an outing in front of four witnesses in 1998. Gardner's office received the letter on Sept. 22.

"We're dealing with an anonymous letter about an anonymous person and an anonymous friend," Kavanaugh told committee investigators asking about the alleged episode. "It's ridiculous. Total Twilight Zone. And no, I've never done anything like that.

"It's bad -- it's doing damage to the Supreme Court," Kavanaugh added. "It's doing damage to the country. It's doing damage to this process. It's become a total feeding frenzy, you know? Every -- just unbelievable."

CAUGHT ON TAPE: Twitter Unleashes After Sneaky Exchange in Senate Hearing

Given the level of pure politics occurring on Capitol Hill today, the nation is very simply on edge.
For many of us, it feels as though we’ve been waiting for the other shoe to drop, so to speak, for weeks or months. Between Russian collusion nonsense, Michael Avenatti’s despicable drivel, and a number of implausible concoctions from the liberal left, it seems that at any moment we would be headed for some sort of political explosion.
So it goes, as well, within the hearings to confirm Brett Kavanaugh’s appointment to the Supreme Court.
take our poll - story continues below
During today’s testimony by Dr. Christine Blasey-Ford, who alleges that she was nearly sexually assaulted at a party by Judge Kavanaugh when the two were high school teenagers, something bizarre was caught on camera that has American citizens on Twitter aflutter.

This Kavanaugh hearing is a disgrace. He is obviously innocent and the Democrats have shown their true colors. They will destroy the very legal foundations of this nation to save their own corrupt necks. They conspired to bait K into a new FBI investigation purely to delay the vote until after the midterm election whilst deliberately sitting on his filthy salacious Ford et al. bombshell until the 11th hour. When K wouldn't take the bait they picked at his high school yearbook like the loathsome muckrakers that they are - nothing but insinuations, innuendos and guilt by association. This man and his family have been through virtual hell at the hands of these black-hearted God-hating demons. They are truly mercilous and cruel and wretched. They have dragged the Senate to the lowest most despicable depths. They have disgraced this country before the world and almighty God. Make no mistake: Bork was assassinated, Thomas was lynched and Kavanaugh was crucified! The damage they have done is irreparable. No respectable man will ever volunteer for public service in this corrupt depraved perverted sick government. The writing is on the walls. They are determined to poison and destroy the republic and rule of law and I dare say they have succeeded.

Two years ago I began liquidating assets and cutting all entanglements with the system in preparation for the collapse. I have redoubled my efforts and am quietly converting all bank holdings to physical portable tangibles. I have eliminated debt and cut personal consumption to bare minimum to starve the beast to death. Believe me there are millions like me who are doing likewise. This "hearing" was the final straw. When the productive check out, when the pilars of the system are removed, and all that is left are the thieves, liars and con artists, implosion is just a matter of time. Trump is well meaning - but he is a day late and several trillion dollars short. This country is toast. The ship of state is sinking and it's the duty of the captain to declare every man for himself!

So how was the hearing.

I've read a little. Tried listening to Kavanaugh's intro remarks. Didn't care to listen to him. I'll try later.

So what is the verdict? The "cons" love him. Looks like the libs are trying hard to spin a bad light on the nominee.

Our pal Micheal Savage is pushing this.

IS DR FORD DEEPLY TIED TO CIA? (https://michaelsavage.com/is-dr-ford-deeply-tied-to-cia/)

WHO IS DR BLASEY FORD? WELL, BESIDES BEING A “PROFESSOR” AT THE OFF BRAND UNIVERSITY, SHE ALSO WORKS AT A MAJOR UNIVERSITY DOWN THE STREET FROM PALO ALTO. SHE JUST SO HAPPENS TO HEAD UP THE CIA UNDERGRADUATE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM AT STANFORD UNIVERSITY.

CHRISTINE BLASEY’S BROTHER, RALPH THE THIRD, USED TO WORK FOR THE INTERNATIONAL LAW FIRM OF BAKER, HOSTETLER. THE FIRM CREATED FUSION GPS, THE COMPANY WHO WROTE THE RUSSIAN “DOSSIER”. THEY LATER ADMITTED IT WAS ONLY A COLLECTION OF FIELD INTERVIEWS.

BAKER HOSTETLER IS LOCATED IN THE SAME BUILDING WHERE THE CIA OPERATES THREE COMPANIES CALLED:
RED COATS INC.

ADMIRAL SECURITY SERVICES AND DATAWATCH

THEY ARE OPERATED BY RALPH BLASEY II. HE IS THE FATHER OF CHRISTINE AND RALPH III.

CHRISTINE AND RALPH III’S GRANDFATHER WAS NICHOLAS DEAK. FORMER CIA DIRECTOR WILLIAM CASEY ACKNOWLEDGED DEAK’S DECADES OF SERVICE TO THE CIA.

Trump knows that the only way to keep the system going, SS and pensions funded, is to create a boom to beat all, which is what he's trying to do.
Trump is now faced with fighting the Fed, they are raising interest rates at a record pace. The Fed knows what's coming and I'm sure they are thankful for the Trump boom to provide them the cover they need.
The only way to keep the system alive imo, is to keep the house and gain seats in the senate, in the midterms. If they fail, the reset will be that much sooner.

BREAKING: We Have The Votes

With the Senate Judiciary Committee holding a vote at 9:30 A.M. tomorrow, a Senate insider has told Townhall that Kavanaugh has the votes to make it out of committee and the votes to be confirmed on the floor for a seat on the U.S. Supreme Court. Sens. Flake (R-AZ), Collins (R-ME), Murkowski (R-AK), and Manchin (D-WV) are expected to vote in favor of Kavanaugh. All the Republicans are voting yes. Also, in the rumor mill, several Democrats may break ranks and back Kavanaugh. That’s the ball game, folks.

It was an intense and hellacious day at the Senate Judiciary Committee. Christine Blasey Ford, the woman accusing Judge Brett Kavanaugh of an attempted rape while at a high school party, told her story of her alleged sexual assault. It was intense. It was emotional. And it still lacked evidence, witnesses, and other corroborating details. It’s an unprovable allegation, which is what Democrats want; it allows them to delay and run out the clock on this nomination. The FBI investigation talking point has been beaten to death by Senate Democrats, another delay tactic that has been undercut by past remarks by none other than Joe Biden. When he chaired the committee during the Clarence Thomas confirmation hearings, Biden famously said that FBI reports are inconclusive and should not be relied on during sexual misconduct allegations.

Brett Kavanaugh testified later this afternoon, giving an emotional and fiery defense of his character and career after it had been under a sustained assault by the Left for over a week. Kavanaugh said that the allegations—all three of them—were false and have irreparably damaged his reputation and damaged his family life. He said this process had become a national disgrace, with Democrats replacing advise and consent with search and destroy. Kavanaugh needed to come out swinging. He needed to be tough. And he did just that.

With no evidence, no corroborating witnesses, and the timing of the allegation, these allegations against an eminently qualified judge were just too thin to stop the Kavanaugh train. Remember Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s (D-CA) office had Ford’s letter since July. They sat on it for weeks. They kept it from Senate colleagues. And then they dropped it at the 11th hour in the hope of derailing the nomination. It was a Hail Mary pass—and it failed miserably. It looks like their efforts to kill the Kavanaugh nomination turned out to be a bomb that went off in their faces after all.

Trump stated he knows what it's like to have false charges leveled against him. People want fame, they want money, he knows what it's like. He pointed out that some of his false accusers got paid enough money to pay off their mortgages, how of course they have something to gain by coming out and making false claims. He is not backing down, good for him.

A Yale classmate of Brett Kavanaugh's claims the Supreme Court nominee lied about his drinking habits in college during his Thursday hearing.
'I like beer, I still like beer,' Kavanaugh testified under oath in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee. 'But I did not drink beer to the point of blacking out, and I never sexually assaulted anyone.'

But Lynne Brookes tells ABC News (https://abcnews.go.com/GMA/News/kavanaugh-lied-fox-news-interview-drank-excess-frequently/story?id=58143025) that she recalls his drinking habits as much more extreme than what Kavanaugh conveyed during his hearing.
Brookes, a registered Republican in Pennsylvania, said she was in the 'exact same social circles' as the embroiled judge while they both attended Yale and he 'mischaracterized himself' when describing his drinking habits Thursday.

'From something I witnessed personally,' Brookes said. 'I find it very hard to imagine that he never blacked out or had memory problems.'

The Supreme Court nominee claimed under oath on Thursday that he never drank in excess or blacked out

During Dr Christine Blasey Ford's portion of the hearing, she explained how she feared for her life when a 'visibly drunk' Kavanaugh sexually attacked her at a high school party when she was 15.

https://i.dailymail.co.uk/1/2018/09/28/21/4618072-6220023-image-m-39_1538165704397.jpg

Brookes noted she is a registered Republican - not part of left wing conspiracy - said Kavanaugh 'mischaracterized himself' under oath during his hearing

Following her testimony, Kavanaugh denied ever sexually assaulting Ford but repeatedly evaded questions about his drinking in high school and college.

When asked by Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar whether he had ever drank so much that he lost memory, Kavanaugh deflected, saying: 'No, I remember what happened. And I think you've probably had beers, Senator.'

Brookes told CNN that she and other Yale colleges were 'extremely disappointed' at the way Kavanaugh 'evaded' his excessive drinking questions.
She further added that Kavanaugh misrepresented students' ability to balance school work and social life at Yale.

'He was trying to portray that it's one or the other, and at Yale there are many people for which it was both,' she said. 'I played two sports. I got good grades. I went to Wharton. And I drank in excess many nights with Brett Kavanaugh.'
'When he would drink, he would get obnoxious,' she added.
Brookes recalled her most specific memory of Kavanaugh - when he was pledging to a fraternity.

'Brett was getting tapped in and he was incredibly drunk, in a ridiculous outfit and had to come up to me and sing a silly song,' she said.
'He was so incredibly drunk. I find it not plausible at all that he remembers everything he did that night.'

Dr Christine Blasey Ford testified that a 'visibly drunk' Kavanaugh sexually attacked her at a high school party when she was 15. Kavanaugh denies all claims

However, Brookes, who was roommates with another Kavanaugh accuser Deborah Ramirez, said she never felt unsafe around the judge nor did she witness any of the sexual abuse claims made against him.

Though Kavanaugh did admit at one point that he may have 'had too many' beers on occasion, he denied 'blacking out' and vehemently denies the sexual abuse.

'There were a lot of emails and a lot of texts flying around about how he was lying to the Senate Judiciary Committee,' Brookes said of messages sent between her and her Yale colleagues as the hearing went on.

'I'm not part of some left wing conspiracy,' she said, adding that she is registered Republican.

'This is about the integrity of the Supreme Court,' she said. 'I know that Brett mischaracterized himself, and it's incredibly disappointing that despite that this man could be elevated to the Supreme Court.'

He helped validate the Patriot act and got a federal judgeship from Dubs.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patriot_Act

The USA PATRIOT Act is an Act of Congress (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Act_of_Congress) signed into law by US President (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/President_of_the_United_States) George W. Bush (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_W._Bush) on October 26, 2001.[1] (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patriot_Act#cite_note-signing-1)

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brett_Kavanaugh

President George W. Bush (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_W._Bush) first nominated Kavanaugh to the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Court_of_Appeals_for_the_District_of _Columbia_Circuit) on July 25, 2003,

We all know the Patsies Act was written long before. It is interesting Wiki doesn't show any of his involvement.

Kavanaugh White House Counsel: PATRIOT Act, "measured, careful, responsible, and constitutional approach" (http://epic.org/2018/08/kavanaugh-white-house-counsel-.html)
On Thursday, the Senate Judiciary Committee released the first production (https://www.judiciary.senate.gov/press/rep/releases/committee-releases-first-production-of-kavanaugh-records) of records for Supreme Court nominee Brett M. Kavanaugh (https://www.cadc.uscourts.gov/internet/home.nsf/Content/VL+-+Judges+-+BMK) from his time as associate counsel for George W. Bush. Roughly 5,700 pages (https://www.judiciary.senate.gov/imo/media/doc/08-02-18%20GWB%20Document%20Production%20-%20Pages%201%20-%205,735.pdf) of documents were made available to the public. The documents show that Kavanaugh assisted in the effort to pass the Patriot Act (https://epic.org/privacy/terrorism/usapatriot/) and drafted a statement (https://epic.org/foia/nara/Kavanaug-Patriot-Act-Signing-Statements.pdf) that President Bush incorporated in the bill signing (http://www.presidency.ucsb.edu/ws/?pid=63850). Kavanaugh wrote that the PATRIOT Act will “update laws authorizing government surveillance,” which he claimed, and President Bush then restated, were from an era of “rotary phones.” In fact, the PATRIOT Act weakened numerous U.S. privacy laws, including the subscriber privacy provisions in the Cable Act (https://epic.org/privacy/cable_tv/ctpa.html) and the email safeguards in the Electronic Communications Privacy Act (https://epic.org/privacy/ecpa/). Both laws were enacted after the era of rotary phones. Congress amended the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foreign_Intelligence_Surveillance_Act_of_1978_Amen dments_Act_of_2008) after it was revealed that the White House had authorized warrantless wiretapping of Americans beginning in 2002. In an email exchange, Kavanaugh wrote that the PATRIOT Act was a "measured, careful, responsible, and constitutional approach . . . .” EPIC recently submitted two (https://epic.org/foia/nara/EPIC-18-08-01-NARA-FOIA-20180801-Request-Staff-Files.pdf) urgent Freedom of Information Act requests (https://epic.org/foia/nara/EPIC-18-08-01-NARA-FOIA-20180801-Request-Emails.pdf) for Judge Kavanaugh’s records during his time serving as Staff Secretary for President Bush.

Good thinking!

I don’t think Trump even considers the Supreme Court important in his scheme of things... It wasn’t too long ago he was pro-abortion, who knows what he really thinks...

Being “forced” by evil democrats to pull back Kavanaugh from SCOTUS, may provide motivation for his supporters to go out and vote in the midterms, plus it won’t be upsetting to the women voters. It is probably good election strategy to pull out Kavanaugh, and give the democrats a foul tasting “victory” LOL

Did Maxine Waters' Office Doxx GOP Senators During Kavanaugh Testimony?

The personal information of Republican Senators Lindsey Graham, Mike Lee and Orrin Hatch was posted to Wikipedia Thursday during the hearing of Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh.

https://www.zerohedge.com/sites/default/files/inline-images/doxxed1.jpg

The information, which included home addresses and phone numbers, was posted to the senators' respective Wikipedia pages where users are allowed to make edits - all of which are logged by Wikipedia and include the editor's IP address.

As a result of the information being made public, Sen. Hatch's wife "has been receiving calls nonstop ON HER BIRTHDAY and their home address was made public," according to Caleb Hull, director of content at the Republican technology firm Targeted Victory.

The IP address used to "doxx" the Senators was quickly traced back to the House of Representatives...

This is the fourth time the group has opposed a Supreme Court nominee

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uGxr1VQ2dPIGood analysis and worth watching. While I'm not a body language expert, she struck me as very rehearsed and fake. This is the first time I have ever seen a victim having to refer to printed notes while relaying the traumatic event - very telling. I didn't feel any empathy for her when she described the alleged assault - it just didn't ring true. And I did notice conspicuously how her voice and mood would change in very distinct transitions akin to an automaton, rather robotic. I've heard women describe being assaulted and when they relate the actual event their emotional pain at reliving the event is palpable. And every detail of the event, from the people and objects and colors and lighting and arrangement is seemingly photoetched into their memory and totally convincing, the description so vivid and clearly a witness account with startling detail. I didn't get any of that from this woman. She is a fraud and a liar. And not only is her "story" fuzzy and chock full of plausible deniability, her credibility is nil. For example, the "fear of flying" lie in the face of the fact that this woman has logged more flying hours than 99% of us ever will is telling. It's been my experience that a witness who tells a lie to an official investigator involved in an investigation of such import never tells just one lie.

I sincerely hope she faces the full legal consequences of her actions as justice demands and God willing.

Kavanaugh Accuser’s High School Yearbooks Reveals History Of Drunken Promiscuity

If Kavanaugh's Yearbook merited grist for the mill at the hearing, then so should Christine Blasey's. But the deep state puppets{Democrats} had her Yearbook scrubbed from the internet and didn't mention any of it at the hearings. I've noticed a pattern: deep state puppets{Democrats}, when making accusations almost invariably are engaged in pure PROJECTION. Narcissists are especially notorious for using projection when attacking their opposition. This is a vital weakness of the enemy. If they accuse someone of taking a bribe, odds are that the accuser or his operative is doing just that.

Christine Ford’s Yearbook: Dangerous Hallucinatory Operation of a Motor Vehicle by Christine Blasey Caused Potentially Fatal Crash in High School
Tim Brown Tim Brown

The blog site hosting a plethora of Dr. Christine Ford’s yearbook has apparently been pulled. However, I was contacted in order to keep the information alive for those who are interested in documenting the truth, especially concerning a motor vehicle accident Blasey was involved in during high school. Cult of the 1st Amendment, the blogspot that hosted the content, has been totally removed.

So, in order that the free flow of information continue, here is the piece titled “DANGEROUS HALLUCINATORY OPERATION OF A MOTOR VEHICLE BY CHRISTINE BLASEY CAUSED A POTENTIALLY FATAL CRASH IN HIGH SCHOOL” posted on September 25, 2018.

It’s directly relevant to the specific charges levied against Brett Kavanaugh by Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, that, during her intense partying in high school – when the alleged assault took place – she was experiencing hallucinations from substance abuse. She was driving in a highly impaired inebriated state, and she crashed her vehicle into a building. It’s documented in her senior high school yearbook below.
Juvenile records are sealed, so Senate investigators must find out if she reported this to the police. It’s directly relevant to her psychological state of mind in high school. As a clinical psychologist, she must be aware of the dangerous effects psychoactive drugs and/or excessive alcohol abuse have on the minds of high school children.
There’s a very important statement made by Cristina King in her now infamously deleted Facebook post that hasn’t received enough attention:
“We were teenagers and did really stupid, abusive, dangerous things.”
We will discuss the “abusive” things that the Holton girls did in a pending report. Now we focus on one of the “dangerous” things the Holton girls bragged about in their yearbooks.
Christine Blasey Ford’s senior yearbook indicates that she operated a motor vehicle under the influence of a psychoactive substance and crashed into a building. This is specifically documented in Scribe 84.
Driving while hallucinating appears to have been a tradition bragged about by the Holton girls. From Scribe 82:

“Two things sure to dampen the party spirit are parking and curfews. Leaves, snow, and trees that wander into the road make parking, and driving even more of a challenge than finding a party.”
Trees are only wandering into the road if you are tripping on LSD or some other powerful psychedelic, or, in the alternative, you’re so drunk that alcohol is causing hallucinations. That’s very drunk. That’s felony drunk.
That passage is from Scribe 82, Blasey’s sophomore year at Holton-Arms. It was in the Summer after that year that she thinks the alleged assault might have taken place.
Now let’s skip to Christine Blasey’s senior year with a clip from Scribe 84:

“First off, many of us didn’t drive. Secondly, there were those of us who did drive but couldn’t drive. Christine ran into her garage the first time she tried. (She tried to convince us the garage was moving at the time.)”
There it is. Christine drove her car into the garage because she was either tripping hard on a hallucinogenic drug, or, in the alternative, she was so drunk that the garage appeared to be moving.
Would Christine even know if she hit somebody with her vehicle in such a state of inebriation?

The caption continues, making clear that smashing your car while drunk was all the rage at Holton, and dangerous driving never stopped them from partying:
“When behind the wheel, Andrea ran into anything within a twenty mile radius: Mack trucks, other cars, even bushes. Dee Dee ditto. Michele’s car was in such a dilapidated state that she couldn’t get in except from the passenger side…
“However, despite marred driving records, some of us still managed to escape the confines of home. We hit the popular night spots in Georgetown, such as the Third Edition, Whispers, The Company, Fish Market, and Pirate’s Hideaway. And there were always parties to celebrate any occasion. Although these parties are no doubt unforgettable, they are only a memory lapse for most, since lose of consciousness is often an integral part of the party scene.”
Getting black-out drunk and/or so high on drugs that you are hallucinating was like a team sport at Holton-Arms school when Christine Blasey was there. There was a competition during Beach Week to see who could party the hardest:

“Then comes the infamous BEACH WEEK, where the supreme challenge is how much partying you can fit into 7 days. Who is going to win this year?
The same girl hallucinating that buildings are moving – Christine Blasey – claims that, around the same time she was in her hallucinating phase, Brett Kavanaugh assaulted her at a party where only four other people were present, yet every one of them says they have no recollection of this party happening at all. They weren’t there. That includes a girl from Christine’s Holton class of ’84 she has been life-long friends with.
So, either all four of them are wrong, or Christine is wrong. She’s either lying, or, in the alternative, her memory involves a hallucination. Perhaps she was assaulted, but she has mis-remembered the people involved. But I don’t believe that. I believe she made the whole thing up with accomplices. One of them is Cristina King.
Cristina originally said she didn’t know Christine personally. She lied. Their graduating classes at Holton-Arms had only 73 and 71 girls in each. Cristina and Christine spent six years each at the school, five of them together. They were on the same team. They were friends. So WHY did Cristina try to tell the world she didn’t know Christine?
And she was forced to correct that lie and admit to NPR reporter Nina Totenberg that she knew Christine well, and that Chrissy was a black-out drunk. Now we know that Christine Blasey Ford was also a black-out drunk driver.
But why Cristina lied about knowing Christine is the true cypher to this tragic chapter in American history.

1) Quite the stamina man after a party for sure. I have a few doubts there.
2) Sounds more like a party girl having a good time. Why didn't she get out of the car instead of going into the back seat? If she got out I think she would be left there.
3) If she was really raped and offended I am sure she would have said something. Probably just hoping they wouldn't be telling all their friends (or maybe is hoping).
