Book has too much time on his hands. Must be a pretty sweet paycheck that the SPLC drops in Book's bank account.

Re: 150 Militia Take Over Makhuer National Wildlife Preserve Headquarters
Jewboo, I have not heard of a "federal probably cause arrest warrant" before. What is that? What I learned growing up (watching Perry Mason - ok, me and 100 million other americans got our legal education from ole Perry) was that a judge has to hear the rational from the sheriff (or one of his deputies), or, an official with the township police, as to the primae facae case against the target.
This is called a "warrant". But the phrase, "federal probable cause arrest warrant", it suggests to me that this is something less than an honest to goodness warrant (requiring evidence of a primae facae nature), and, I wonder does it even require review, agreement, and a signature by their county judge. Or does it merely need to be signed by a supervisor with the FBI or some official with whatever Fed group comes in guns-a-blazing?
This goes back to the original americans, fresh from winning freedom from a King of England who didn't feel like he needed to follow any rules at all, and, these victorious americans demanded a Bill of Rights, where they spelled out what it takes for anyone with the law to actually seek out someone and take them captive or search their person or property. I suspect that most of us americans still feel that way, and, it is looking like, in this case, we reverted back to King George's attitude that he, and his men, can just do as they please with all his subjects.
I'm waiting for this "federal probable cause arrest warrant" to be fully highlighted, explored, and thoroughly dissected to make sure they were following our most fundamental right (spelled out in the Bill of Rights) to free passage, absent a case having been made before a judge with jurisdiction that was sufficient to convict absent any defense ("primae facae").
I wonder if we'll ever get a thorough exposition of this "federal probable cause arrest warrant" (so-called).
And, what's more, how did these Feds figure out that the Sheriff (or his deputies) didn't need to be the one to serve this 'whatever it was' kind of a warrant?
Lets keep in mind that the mainstream news, along with practically every governmental body, is going to try to sweep the finer details here under the rug - just spit out some high-fluttin' sounding bullshit like "federal probable cause arrest warrant" and then stop listening to anybody's further questioning.
Such as, when was this special kind of warrant prepared and presented before which judge? (date and time and court).
What was the evidence and was it sufficient to convict absent a defense?
What crime was the subject charged with?
Was the subject informed, at any time, that he was being stopped so as to serve him with this 'who knows what kind of' warrant? Aren't all of us, even those who seem to be anti-government at times, awarded these procedures before resorting to deadly force?
The wording around this "warrant" (the word "probable") sounds a lot like they only had suspicions - not evidence, and, the've ginned up some King-George-like crap to get around what we demanded in the Bill of Rights. They were SUSPICIOUS of Finicum, or, maybe even, they just didn't like him because he wouldn't sit by and let some politician's son make out like a champ making special real estate deals against public lands. So they claim they had this non-warrant warrant and we just better shut up about it.
In any event, the overwhelmingly use of massive deadly force against folks who probably never were considered to be criminals, or anything near to it (by their own locals, who count as "peers"), is enough to cut deep into the hearts of most americans.
They think we are idiot children-like *subjects* that dare not question them when they get high on their horse and trumpet pronouncements. They got the guns - what we got?
This is wanton banditry - like Pancho Villa bothering to write up a quickie death warrant just before shooting someone dead as a doorknob.

Then they tell us that we're stupid
That we got no sense at all
They'll ke away the spark
Keep us in the dark
Make us feel we have no vision at all
CHORUS
No, no, no, I don't believe it has to be this way
No, I don't believe it has to be this way
Then they tell us to be patient
That our time will come
But I've stood outside their doors
And walked their floors
And I ain't gonna do it again
They'd like to make me their nigger
I say to hell with them
I'm not gettin' down on my knees
And beggin' please
Can you throw me a crumb now and then
CHORUS
I can't really speak for you
And I don't know about them
They must be out of their minds

They can stick it where the sun don't shine

It sounds like to me that these guys are federal officers, and believed they had probable cause, and thus they have an implicit "probable cause" warrant (i.e., the federal courts always have supported them in these cases, and thus they can expect support in the near future) to do what they deem proper. Those words caught my attention too, but now that you question it, it sounds like wordplay.

So that means they have a license to 'probable cause' the shit out of anyone at any time !

I'm a few years younger than you JL and we are both geezers on Social Security Retirement. 2016 is nothing like what we were taught to believe. Where to begin? Federal Reserve isn't federal and has no reserves. USA drones murder people from the sky without trial. IRS can instantly freeze our bank account on a whim. No limits on anonymous Congressional "contributions" according to the Supreme Court. Federal Debt Limit automatically raised now. Nobody voted for this. None of this is Constitutional and yet this is our Reality now.
Lobbyists literally write the legislation and our so-called "elected representatives" admit to not even being able to read them before signing. Only naive people still believe there is a Constitution and the Rule Of Law. I finally stopped being naive only a couple of years ago.
My takeaway from this Oregon thingie is that the FBI is even more capable then I imagined. Helicopters with zoom video cameras. Listening to every word spoken on cell phones. Must have been at least a hundred agents planning and manning that Oregon road trap. They even provided us public with a Youtube movie of how it went down.
Lesson learned: When a cop points a gun at you do exactly what they say. They have radios. They have backup. They can use a Drone and bomb you from the sky if need be.
The two Bundy boys peacefully surrendered, did not resist arrest, and are now sipping coffee with their lawyers...
:(??

What evidence do you have that a helicopter took the images and videos shown?
Are you sure that those images did not come from a satellite 150 miles above the surface of the earth?

That's possible, but it was implied. ImmaCanin said she black helicopters flying over her home, which is near where it happened.

You actually expect the autopsy to be in disagreement with the official story?

I don't have high hopes, I'm just hoping they'll record the bullet wounds. Since they were obviously the cause of death, I can hope they'll at least document them. :)

Sorry to interrupt...cops love cameras actually. Cameras force the public to follow the law, actually. It keeps the public honest. You wouldn't believe the false accusations against cops. Unlawful accusations. Cameras keep things honest, they keep people from abusing and lying against cops.
But, if the media wants everyone to believe that cameras protect the public from cops, that's all good too. Believe what you want, or what you are told...lol. As long as the truth is clear, I'm all for it.

Idaho Three Percent president Brandon Curtiss was in Burns Friday. He says the group stands up for people's rights and told us KTVB he's in town to support the community. However, he says he doesn't support the takeover of the refuge, and wants it to end.
"We don't condone the taking of the refuge building at all from the start,” said Curtiss. “And you know I understand and I support the message Ammon Bundy was trying to put out and it's an important message that people need to learn, but with Ammon Bundy being arrested and all the other occupiers I think it's time for them to go home as well."
