(INTELLIHUB) — In the weeks since the shooting death of patriot rancher LaVoy Finicum and the arrest of Ammon Bundy, Ryan Payne, and others, numerous eyewitness testimony and independent reporting has completely debunked the notion that the FBI released unedited footage of the now infamous violent confrontation on an Oregon highway.
Amid a massive public outcry throughout social media, the FBI took the extraordinary step of releasing footage of the shooting and arrests just two days after they originally took place. Many saw this as proof that the feds weren’t trying to hide anything and that the killing of Finicum was indeed legal and justified.
While the footage released by the FBI did totally destroy the claim by Mark McConnell that LaVoy had charged at police, it more importantly left out key portions of what actually happened.
In other words, the FBI straight up LIED to every single American by releasing footage they claimed was complete and unedited when we now know that there are key parts, verified by multiple eyewitnesses and independent reporting, that are nowhere to be found in the official video released on the FBI YouTube channel.
In key interviews done by Victoria Sharp and Shawna Cox, both women describe a point before LaVoy drove away (from what has been described as a hail of bullets) when Ryan Payne actually got out of the vehicle in what is believed to have been an attempt to put himself between the vehicle and the police about to shoot it up.

“Ryan Payne is amazing”

An outstanding report done by Lory Storm for KSDZ FM in Nebraska gets into the probable reasoning for why Victoria described Payne as amazing in the interview above.
“He did stick his hands out of the window, he did wave them, what you can’t see in the video is that the officer shot at him when he did that,” detailed Storm.
“He then got out of the truck fearing for the safety of everyone in there, including the two women, and posted himself in front of the armed men, tried to talk some sense into everyone and calm things down.
LaVoy decided if they were going to be stopped on the road and summarily shot at before they were even requested to get out of the vehicle that they weren’t safe…. and boy did he end up being right,” continued Storm.
For her part, Shawna Cox has done numerous interviews since her release from jail and in many of them she also goes over the moment Payne got out of the vehicle as well as multiple other key periods of time that we do not see in the “unedited” video released by the FBI.

We are currently attempting to put together a full timeline of what eyewitnesses claim actually happened from the time they were originally pulled over up until Finicum was killed and the others arrested.

(INTELLIHUB) — As over a thousand patriots and American citizens prepared to attend the funeral of rancher Robert “LaVoy” Finicum, the Utah Statewide Information & Analysis Center (SIAC), a homeland security sponsored fusion center, was collecting intelligence on possible attendees as well as hysterically warning local law enforcement of the supposed threat posed by patriots, including women and children, paying their respects to a man killed by the government.
The unclassified SIAC report, originally released by Infowars, warns law enforcement to be on the lookout for scary “caravans” of American citizens (extremists) traveling through the state to attend LaVoy’s funeral. To increase the fear of local officers, the fusion center report also claimed that some of those who were set to attend Finicum’s funeral had been seen in or near the Burns, Oregon wildlife refuge occupation.
“While no credible threats to law enforcement are present at this time, armed extremists are expected to travel through UT; some of which may see this event as a tipping point, and potentially shift toward more violent action,” warned the report. Remember, in reality, literally no one attending Finicum’s funeral had planned anything violent and, of course, nothing of the sort actually happened.
“Caravans of individuals traveling to the funeral services may be comprised of one or more armed extremists. Law enforcement should remain vigilant and aware that confrontation with these potentially volatile persons, may include more than one individual. These individuals may adhere to a sovereign citizen ideology, and may not recognize law enforcement as a legitimate authority,” it continued.
And in case you were assuming that the feds were maybe just worried about the few dozen (or less) people who went further than simply protesting the tyranny inflicted on the Hammonds (by actually occupying the wildlife refuge), you are mistaken because the fusion center warning specifically targets anyone who might have a Gadsden flag, an Oathkeepers patch, or even those who shared a meme protesting the shooting death of Finicum.

One has to ask themselves, are the police that are reading this kind of garbage from fusion centers across the country going to assume a completely law abiding citizen with a Gadsden flag in their car window is an anti-government terrorist and then treat them a t reports such as the one above are written in a transparent attempt at ostracizing dissent of an obviously out of control government, making it seem as if only crazed domestic terrorists would support the motto, “Don’t Tread On Me” or want to stand up to the full-scale takeover of lands by the federal government.

Mourners and patriots from across the country came in pickups flying American flags as well as on horseback to honor a man who truly was a real American cowboy.The open casket funeral included the fitting words “One Cowboy’s Stand for Freedom” on the inside of the lid, with an American flag sprawled across the chest of the man killed by authorities under circumstances that almost conclusively point to murder.

All in all its a pretty scary thing when you realize that the federal government is teaching local law enforcement across the country that the people above are possible terrorists.

Ann Aiken, Chief Judge of the United States District Court of Oregon 9th Circuit, is no stranger to accusations of inappropriate relationships regarding her Courtroom. She is not a stranger to willfully failing to disclose those relationships and has even allegedly illegally ruled in her own favor to attempt to hide those relationships. In one recent complaint filing, a visiting out-of-circuit judge was requested by motion because the Defendants, including Ninth Circuit judges who are a member of the Oregon State Bar, had several political, business and social ties to Judge Aiken who was to be the presiding judge in the case. These ties constituted a very real potential conflict of interest against the Plaintiff’s interests. There are specific guidelines to be followed when requesting inter-circuit visiting judges and Judge Aiken refused to follow those requirements. Only the Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court may decide such matters and Judge Aiken refused to follow those guidelines and the federal statute by ruling on these matters herself. Judge Aiken ruled on the motion against her in her own favor.
Already brought to light is Judge Aiken’s potential inappropriate working relationship with Hammond terrorism re-sentencing lead prosecutor Amanda Marshall. Prior to being appointed U.S. District Attorney Amanda Marshall worked for the Oregon Department of Justice in Child Advocacy Services, a State Agency overseen by the Child Advocacy Services Board, a Board Judge Aiken has been President of since 1998. Judge Aiken was the Chief Justice that oversaw Amanda Marshall’s Oath of Office and swearing in and in conclusion to that ceremony instructed Marshall to “now hit the ground running”.
Judge Aiken was also the presiding Judge in a 2006 case that overturned several key provisions of the Steens Mountain Cooperative Management and Protection Act of 2000 which she found violated the supremacy of the Federal Environmental Protection Act. A management plan that the Hammonds were key in helping construct. As well Judge Aiken’s decision weighed heavily based on affidavit testimony by Harney County Judge Stephen Grasty, whose actions have come into question and extreme scrutiny since the occupation began.
Now in question is Judge Aiken’s relationship with two brothers who have started a counter occupation movement labeled as G.O.H.O.M.E. (Getting Occupiers of Historic Oregon Malhuer Evicted). Started by brothers Zach and Jake Klonoski, the group seeks to raise funds and generate community sentiment to forcefully remove the Citizen Occupiers of the Malhuer Reserve. Zach Klonoski is a special assistant to Charlie Hales, Mayor of Portland and is listed by the City’s website as the Mayor’s right hand. Jake Klonoski is an Attorney Adviser Department of the Inspector General 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
In order to re-sentence the Hammonds as terrorists the United States Government had to file an appeal Under 18 U.S. Code 3742 (B). According to the code; “…The Government may not further prosecute such appeal without the personal approval of the Attorney General, the Inspector General, or a deputy inspector general designated by the Inspector General.” The same Inspector General where Jake Klonoski is employed as a key Attorney Adviser. These appeals to sentences are extremely rare in their dispensation. However, as troubling as Jake Klonoski’s capacity to influence that appeal process is, considering his recent political stance against the Occupiers seeking to defend the Hammonds rights, it is does not hold a candle to the inappropriate relationship between the Klonoski Brothers and Judge Ann Aiken, whose former married name is Ann Aiken-Klonoski. Jake and Zach are in fact her sons.
Considering Judge Aiken’s working relationship with the lead prosecutor, her familial relationship with key members of the Inspector Generals office with the power to issue the rarely heard of sentencing appeal and her involvement in overturning a law the Hammonds were instrumental in crafting it is not outside the realm of logic to question Aiken’s fitness to serve as the presiding Judge in the re-sentencing matter. Taken in the light of complaints filed against Judge Aiken regarding her failure to disclose pertinent relationships and her capacity to circumvent the law in her own behalf, it is unconscionable that she presided over the Hammond case and as the situation now clearly reeks of nepotism, political incest and corruption the Hammond case clearly must be revisited by a new and impartial means outside of the tainted District Court. At this juncture it would seem that a Common Law Grand Jury constructed outside of the Oregon or Federal Courts is the only mechanism remaining that can be trusted to operate under the color of law.

BURNS, OR (INTELLIHUB) — Amid rumors of armed drones above the skies of Burns, Oregon as well as private mercenaries operating within the town, new, credible eyewitness reports have emerged that confirm the existence of a massive amount of heavily armed paramilitary government forces patrolling both the city and the roads leading to the wildlife refuge.
Independent journalist Lory Storm, reporting for KSDZ FM in Nebraska, was a recent guest on one of the stations radio shows and what she revealed provides a grim picture of the tiny Oregon town that has become the latest hot spot in a massive revolt over federal takeover of lands throughout the western United States.
“We did learn some pretty disturbing things in Burns. Right now the FBI has the road to the wildlife refuge blocked off in a couple of places. We attempted to get past the first and it was a little bit of a tense scene,” reported Storm.
“We were sitting next to an Oregonian photographer….a couple of vehicles went through, an MRAP and a pickup truck of some type.”
This is where her accounts goes from interesting to downright startling.

“Next thing we know here comes about six or seven fully armored Suburbans coming up at a high rate of speed, hit the breaks… one of the men got out to move the cones and I asked why can’t we go down this road,” she continued.
“He said, well the roads closed… I said under whose authority, its not snowing or anything. He said well if you go past this you are going to get arrested, Oregon State Police and the governor closed the road…. the wildlife refuge is under siege. I’m telling you if you walk across this line you are going to get arrested.”
“So it’s under siege by you guys, not anybody else,” Storm countered.

Storm then gets to the heart of the issue by first acknowledging that if the above demands were made by normal police or FBI officials then yes, they would be annoying but they would be at least somewhat normal. Instead, her interaction with the heavily armed paramilitary forces was anything but.
Storm explained, “The problem with this is, these weren’t normal FBI guys, these guys were in full fatigues, full body armor, armed to the teeth and there were what six or eight of them in each Suburban and there were six or seven Suburbans.”
“Its like we are at war on our own soil and these guys were just a fraction of the contingent…. we asked the Oregonian reporter if we should call somebody and she said oh no that’s just a shift change,” Storm passionately described.

Lory also detailed the fact that LaVoy’s vehicle was towed 142 miles to the state police impound yard in Bend, Oregon and is currently covered up with tarps which obviously stops anyone from seeing how bullet ridden it actually is.
The interview also gets into the very clear fact that the supposed unedited video released by the FBI of the shooting death of rancher LaVoy Finicum was actually completely and totally edited. There are literally key parts left out, including Ryan Payne getting out of the vehicle in an attempt to shield the others from possible death. Remember, Victoria Sharp and now Shawna Cox have both confirmed the amazing actions of Payne.
“The FBI claims that this is an unedited video are completely debunked at this point,” Storm rightly declared.
All in all this is an absolute must hear interview and the reporter Lory Storm clearly knows her stuff, coming off as a highly credible independent voice.

Interestingly, in a recently released analysis of video footage of Ammon Bundy walking through Burns, Oregon sometime during the occupation of the refuge but before the arrests and death of Finicum, YouTuber Call of Duty Goddess makes several key points that dovetail with the reporting done by Storm.
The armed paramilitary forces seen throughout the streets of Burns, Oregon are wearing no insignia and have all the hallmarks of private mercenaries. They have been documented in and around the town both before the arrests and after. The presence of these forces has actually doubled since the arrests, according to locals.

Early life[edit]

Michael Mosman was born in the Willamette Valley of Oregon in 1956 in the city of Eugene.^[2] He grew up in Lewiston, Idaho, the son of an attorney and judge with an older sister and three younger brothers.^[3] He attended Ricks College in Idaho, which is now Brigham Young University–Idaho.^[2] He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1979 before attending Utah State University in Logan, Utah.
At Utah State he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1981,^[2] and was the valedictorian of his class.^[3] Mosman then went on to law school at Brigham Young University's J. Reuben Clark Law School. He graduated there in 1984 with a juris doctorate.^[2] At BYU he was the editor of the law review, and graduated magna cum laude.^[3]
Legal career[edit]

In 1984, Mosman began clerking for Malcolm Richard Wilkey, judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.^[2] The following year he entered private legal practice for part of 1985. Mosman then was a judicial clerk for United States Supreme Court justice Lewis F. Powell.^[2] While clerking for Powell, he was involved in the justice's voting to uphold Georgia's sodomy law in Bowers v. Hardwick.^[4] After leaving Powell's employ, Mosman entered private practice in Portland, Oregon in 1986.^[2]
In 1988, he began working as an assistant United States Attorney for the District of Oregon, remaining until 2001.^[2] That year he became the U.S. Attorney for the District of Oregon, serving until 2003.^[2] He replaced Kristine Olson Rogers who had resigned.^[5] In 2003, United States President George W. Bush nominated Mosman to serve as judge for the United States District Court for the District of Oregon on May 8 to take the seat of Robert E. Jones, who had assumed senior status on the court.^[2] Mosman was confirmed by the United States Senate on September 25, 2003, and received his federal commission the following day. He became Chief Judge on February 1, 2016.^[2]
Mosman issued a temporary injunction in December 2007 to prevent Oregon's new civil union law from taking effect in January.^[4] This was in response to a legal challenge by a group that had attempted to place a referendum on the November 2008 ballot to block the civil union law that had been passed by the Oregon Legislative Assembly.^[6] The legal issue centered on how the Oregon Secretary of State verified signatures on petitions.^[4] On February 1, 2008, in Lemons v. Bradbury, he dismissed the lawsuit and lifted the injunction, with the law immediately going into effect.^[7]

Mosman is married to the former Suzanne Cannon Hogan, and they have five children.^[3] He is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.^[3]

They are most likely de facto agents but the fact is the STATE tolerates them and doesn't prosecute them so they are agents. Had they an oath and bond then they MIGHT be de jure agents but that status requires YOU accept them.

Anyone can be a de facto agent. It doesn't require an oath or bond. A lot of people don't really like to get into law discussions with people holding guns to their heads. In my case, surrounded by around 10 uniformed officer and one criminal holding the gun and pretending to be a plain clothed lieutenant I asked if there were any PEACE OFFICERS present and nobody 'fessed up.

There are enough court cases around to prove that the acts of a de facto officer are valid.

You don't have to read it. Obviously you have no idea of the lifestyle and landrights in the 16 western states. These grazing rights have been bought and sold like real property or passed down through inheritances, recorded in the county court houses since the mid 1800s, a good 80 years before the taylor grazing act. The BLM has no constitutional authority to purchase land. They, though underhanded methods, I have personally witnessed,have caused families to go broke fighting them in court, the ranchers usually prevailing, but financially destroyed and were forced to selL, THE BLM being the buyer. It is time to take a stand and defend the Constitution or forever live in slavery.

What bothers me about this episode is what seems like out-and-out murder, premeditated, of Finicum with his hands out in the snow. At least three male figures are shown on that vidoe who are probably taking shots at him, and, then the one from the back just plugs him dead on, making him fall immediately and lay still. Then they just let him lay there, like a dead squirrel hit by a car on a busy road. This is INHUMANE, and, that is why I, at least, keep reading this long thread. I can't believe we here in America keep murderers like that on the payroll and protect even their names from being known and plastered all over on wanted posters.

An earlier post showed his daughters at his funeral making comments in front of some attendees at his funeral. I was mentally comparing their demeanor against that of that "Parker" fellow after Sandy Hook (the one who was joking just prior to getting "into character" before the cameras). These two daughters appeared to be geniune, whereas that Parker fellow appeared to be a slimeball ACTOR, and, that stark difference could serve all of us to discriminate between phony baloney stunts and the real thing. For me, and the many other readers of this thread, i want to see the results of a THOROUGH and INDIPENDENT investigation to the killing of Lavoy Finicum - complete with ALL VIDEOS and transcripts of ALL PLANNING sessions by these murderers who set up the ambush on a snow covered highway in Oregon. Until we get to the bottom of this, and, until the guilty parties are IDENTIFIED and properly indicted, we are nothing but potential targets of tyranny and that is not something to be so casual about.

This is another of "call of duty goddess's" videos that has a lot of food for thought in it. It's speculation on who these people are that are there causing trouble in Burns and what's behind it.

We were lead to believe the Jade Helm exercise was our government training people to fight terrorists in foreign countries but she speculates that they were really training them to fight the american people and crush any resistance to the will of the government.

She compares what we were told about what the planning was for Jade Helm with what's going on in Oregon now and makes connections that are cause for concern in my opinion.

Several years ago I read that our bankers and politicians were making deals to give foreign nations the natural resources in the west on "publicly owned" land if they would keep buying our debt. The Chinese were reluctant because they were afraid that armed americans would resist giving up their natural resources and wouldn't let the politicians follow through with their promises. They've already got our factories and technology, now they want our natural resources. We've been sold out by SOB's in our government.

I've traveled those roads hauling freight in south eastern Oregon and have passed through Jordan Valley, Burns and John Day. It's big, open, empty country and I saw very few people and cattle because it is so big and people and cattle are so scattered. It looks like that whole area is in the sights of the Federal Government for take over.

Cliven Bundy Is On His Way To Oregon And He’s Not Going Alone

Over the weekend, friends and family of Robert ‘Lavoy’ Finicum laid his body to rest. Finicum, who was one of those protesting against the federal takeover of land in western states in Burns, Oregon, was shot and killed by authorities. There has been no public outcry for justice for Lavoy from the leftstream media. At the press conference regarding his death, the authorities did not even take questions. They stated that Finicum “had to be taken down.” Following the press conference, those in the room actually applauded. But one man is not standing by silently and is now on his way to Burns and Portland to continue the demonstration.
Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy, who himself was at the center of a Bureau of Land Management (BLM) overreach is traveling to Oregon along with Nevada state assemblywoman Michele Fiore and lawmakers from other western states.
The group will be going to Portland to protest the incarceration of Cliven’s sons, Ammon and Ryan Bundy. Ryan was shot in the arm during the ambush by authorities. In speaking about the trip, Fiore expressed support for her constituent, Ryan Bundy.

“There is a Nevadan [Ryan Bundy] sitting in jail, and as an office holder, I will be there to demand his release. If that Nevadan can’t leave Oregon, we will bring Nevada to him. Peaceful, of course.”

The PolitiStick reported about the protest by the group in late January. Ammon Bundy was largely seen as a leader of the group in their protest against the federal government overtaking so much land in Western states. The federal government unconstitutionally claims ownership of 85% of the land in Nevada and 53% in Oregon.
Bundy has served as the leader of a group of armed protesters who have occupied a wildlife refuge in Eastern Oregon to protest the claim of ownership of the majority of land in Western states. His father, Cliven, not only attended Finicum’s funeral in Kanab, Utah over the weekend, he also challenged the government for their occupation of the land in a formal declaration obtained by the PolitiStick on February 1.

“This is notice that We the People of Harney County and also We the People of the citizens of the United States DO GIVE NOTICE THAT WE WILL RETAIN POSSESSION OF THE HARNEY COUNTY RESOURCE CENTER.”

Bundy, Fiore, and the other lawmakers from Western states are expected to be in Portland by Thursday.

All the 16th says is Congress is allowed to impose an income tax without the tax having to be apportioned. No moron, there were millions of people not imposed the income tax way after 1913 when the federal reserve was enacted who had federal reserve notes in there pockets. Historical data shows that up until 1939 only 7 million were required to file a 1040 (even less in 1913: roughly 1 million if my memory is correct). That doubled to roughly 14 million in 1940 and has been on the incline like a rocket straight up ever since 1940.
So riddle me why between 1913 (1 million) and 1940 (14 million) that 13miullion people werent required to file a 1040 if they had paper fiat reserve currency in their pockets?

On Sunday, January 24, 2016 (just two days before his death) Lavoy Finicum was a guest on Jason Van Tatenhove’s radio show (The Patriot Report)along with Stewart Rhodes, Founder and President of Oath Keepers. On the show, they discussed how Lavoy and Ammon Bundy’s message of western ranchers resistance to federal tyranny had begun to “catch fire” and was spreading to other counties and other states, with an additional eight ranchers (including in Utah and New Mexico) stepping up to declare their “emancipation” and independence from the BLM and USFS. They also discussed the great advantages to taking stands in counties that had strong constitutional sheriffs willing to interpose and protect the ranchers. Here is that discussion:
After the show Stewart Rhodes, Idaho Oath Keeper Todd Engle (veteran of Bundy Ranch) and Jason Van Tatenhove called Lavoy on the phone and warned him that it was clear that the FBI and the state of Oregon had put in place all the personnel (approximately 400 officers) and equipment needed to shut the occupiers down, and that by our estimation that action was imminent (within two to three days, tops). We urged him to consider making a tactical lateral move to a county with a strong constitutional sheriff, so that they could continue to spread the “brushfire” of liberty in the minds of other ranchers.
Jason had set his Skype account to record the show, but we didn’t realize at the time that it was still recording when we made the phone call to LaVoy after the show. We just discovered this recording:

Some critical background – Todd Engle (an Idaho Oath Keepers leader and veteran of Bundy Ranch), along with an Oath Keeper with extensive military special operations experience (who prefers to remain anonymous), had traveled to Burns, OR, conducted an assessment of the federal/Oregon State Police strength and preparations, and then visited the refuge on Saturday, January 23, 2016 and sat down with Ammon Bundy and his bodyguard Brian Cavalier (“Booda”).
They warned Ammon and Booda that all the assets were in place for a federal cordon or raid, and that they estimated that within a few days (2-3) the FBI would make a move to shut them down, one way or another. They told Ammon that his tactical situation was FUBAR and the feds were not going to let Ammon and cohorts continue to come and go freely, or communicate freely, to spread their message. They strongly warned Ammon that he had reached the point of serious diminishing returns, and it was time to leave, while he still could.
They informed Ammon that, at a minimum, the FBI would put a cordon in place, block all ingress and egress (no more speaking events or meetings with other ranchers) and then kill all cell reception, internet, etc and prevent them from being able to communicate with anyone except the FBI negotiators. Therefore, they urged Ammon and his crew to leave and continue to spread their message from a better location. We were waiting to see some indicator that they had taken the advice to heart.
The next day, on Sunday, January 24, 2016, I was on Jason’s show with LaVoy, and LaVoy and I discussed how their message was spreading like wildfire throughout the West, and how the very best way to go when resisting federal oppression of ranchers is to have a strong constitutional sheriff to back up and protect the ranchers, with a united community serving as his posse. He agreed that this was ideal.
After the show, I asked Jason to call LaVoy, and I asked Todd to join us, so we could make sure LaVoy got the same information that Ammon had gotten the day before, and to encourage him to make a move to that strongest position possible – a county with a constitutional sheriff, with ranchers ready to stand, where they could continue to spread their message, educating and organizing ranchers, but now under the protection of a strong sheriff who would also protect the ranchers who were declaring independence from federal tyranny and lawlessness.
We discussed some strong Utah sheriffs as possibilities (not realizing they had already scheduled a meeting with Sheriff Glenn Palmer of Grant County, OR, apparently with a mind to spread the message and methods to Grant County, but not to actually relocate there). LaVoy told us he recognized the wisdom in what we were saying and that he would talk to Ammon and Ryan Bundy about it.
Unfortunately, they decided against following our advice, as was made clear in the video LaVoy made the next day, Jan 25, declaring that they were not leaving, and that the federal government was never getting those buildings back:

LaVoy also did an interview on Jan 25, just one day before he was killed, in which he discussed the increased federal presence and hardening of the feds’ posture:

As LaVoy himself noted, they were out in the middle of nowhere, and were focused on education, so why the rapidly escalating threat of force? Well, clearly the powers that be felt threatened by their message, with the two Oregon U.S. Senators later admitting that they considered the Bundy/Finicum message to be a “virus” that was spreading, and bragging that they had spoken directly with Valerie Jarrett (the “power behind the throne” in the White House and real decision maker/handler of Obama), and the FBI Director about the urgent need to shut that message down.
There was no physical threat to the community, and no real emergency, with Ammon and crew having traveled peaceably back and forth to multiple public events and meetings. But clearly there Was a POLITICAL emergency and the regime felt threatened by their ideals. And the Oregon Governor also stamped her feet and demanded immediate action to stop them (and remember, she commands the Oregon State Police). LaVoy’s blood is on their hands, for that is the reason for the “felony stop” and deadly barricade used to shut that “virus” of truth down.
SO, WHAT NOW?: A CONSTITUTIONAL SHERIFF STRONG POINT
I have read many people asking “what next?” and “how do we do this better?” I think this final conversation with LaVoy can help provide an answer.
The single most effective and realistic way to do this better (at least until a state legislature and governor truly stands up) is to find a constitutional sheriff who is serious about taking a stand, with local ranchers in his county who are also serious, and use that county as a true strong point base of operations to spread that “virus” of educating and organizing resistance among ranchers, to reclaim western lands stolen from the states by the federal government. And that is the best way to counter the obvious intent of the powers that be to suppress and chill the spirit of resistance by having made an example out of Ammon, LaVoy, Ryan Bundy, and the others.
As I reminded LaVoy on the call, every single time a sheriff has stood up in defense of ranchers, farmers, etc, the feds have blinked and backed down. They have NEVER tried to run over such a sheriff, because the “optics” of doing so would be terrible for the regime. A duly elected sheriff, standing up for people’s rights, under his authority and duty pursuant to his oath, and backed up by all the patriots in his county, serving as his posse, provides us with a very strong position in terms of legitimacy, moral high ground, local support, unity of effort, and competent local leadership that can be sustained for the long haul, precisely because it is locally led. And all in defense of local ranchers who simply want to live and work in freedom, as they have for generations. In other words, far stronger than even Bundy Ranch, where the local sheriff was hostile and most support came from outside the area.
That is the kind of sustainable support and shelter Ammon/LaVoy’s “brushfires in the minds of men” needs. If you want to be sure that LaVoy did not die in vain, that is the way to do it. Yes, when a rancher is in trouble and asks for help, you may have no choice but to ride to his rescue even under less than ideal conditions. But if you have the luxury of choosing your ground, why not choose a county with a strong constitutional sheriff, rather than where the sheriff is hostile?
And now, more than ever, that needs to be done ASAP so the patriot movement out west has a strong point to carry on Ammon and LaVoy’s work – a strong “focus of effort” -and take some of the heat off of lone ranchers. Give Big Brother something to really worry about out West.
Who will be our Western “Walking Tall” Sheriff? That is the immediate question that needs to be answered.

As I reflect on the events of the last month, I cannot help but feel dismayed at the lack of intelligence by some in this movement.
By all accounts, it’s the majority opinion that this operation, the occupation of the refuge, was an ill conceived, poorly planned boondoggle, which the final outcome has proven.
The parties involved were emotionally attached to this single, yet very important issue and that was their driving force; emotion and passion.
They sought no input or guidance from any of the leaders in the liberty movement and did not consider how it would affect the movement as a whole. Thus, they chose this battle for us and wrote checks their ass couldn’t cash.
We, especially in the west, empathize fully with the plight of the ranchers and farmers and are doing everything we can to curb the oppression that they’re under and restore their property rights in a manner that will not get us thrown into prison or worse, killed. Any and all actions that we take must be fully analyzed prior to implementation so as to guarantee a likelihood of success. In this case, they did not adhere to those principals.
As we begin to digest the killing of LaVoy, we must dissect what they did right and what they did wrong and never, and I repeat never dig in our heels in emotion and stubbornness when messengers have been sent to warn you of an imminent threat.
I pray for the family of LaVoy and am saddened at their loss but I would like everyone who’s extremely upset and out for blood to understand that once we enter the two way range, there’s no going back, so choose your actions wisely.

There is a lot of people that take silence after a major event like we saw with the killing of LaVoy Finicum as a lack of action. Many times this notion is very far from the truth of the matter. This last week I and other members of the Oath Keepers have been quiet on the killing. This is not because of a lack of action. As these audio files will demonstrate we were actually very busy working behind the scenes trying diligently to help move LaVoy and the other members of the Citizens for Constitutional Freedom to a more strategically strong location to continue their free exercise of their right to speech, to peaceably assemble and petition of their government for a redress of grievances. Please note that this call was placed after my radio show and I still had the record function of my skype system left on.
Earlier in the week Oregon’s US senator Ron Wyden said the standoff was “a situation where the virus was spreading,” and action needed to be taken. What I truly believe that they were afraid of was not the occupiers who had occupied a facility that was in the middle of nowhere and not even being used in the middle of winter. What they were scared of was the fact that LaVoy’s message of emancipation from the BLM was beginning to spread like wildfire. The meeting they were traveling to at the time of the stop had over 400 community members that wanted to hear their message of unplugging from the current BLM system. They could not allow this wildfire of ideas and knowledge to continue spreading and I believe they took very affective steps to stop it. We must not let these ideas be stopped! we must pick up the torch that was dropped and continue to light the wildfires of liberty, freedom and knowledge.
Many of us in the Patriot / Liberty Movement are now asking ourselves where do we go from here. I earnestly and wholeheartedly believe that one of the best answers we have to this question lies in those counties in Utah that were discussed on my radio show two weeks back. Those counties where we have other patriot ranchers that have agreed to stand up and sign LaVoy’s Emancipation Proclamation committing to unplugging from the BLM system while they have a County Sheriff willing to stand behind them giving them the security and support so direly need.

Fanning the Flames of Freedom After Bundy Ranch

A spark was struck, not long ago, when a single cattle rancher took a stand and refused to pay grazing fees to an unelected federal agency. Many of us know Cliven Bundy’s stand kicked off one of our greatest victories and forced the Bureau of Land Management to back down. However, many don’t know what Cliven, and the patriots who stood with him, were really opposing. How many people really know how water and grazing rights work? Why did Cliven refuse to pay his grazing fees? What are these fees in the first place? How did the BLM get the authority to access them and enforce the laws around them? Why were all the other ranching families in the area pushed off their land and forced to give up their traditional way of life? Is there an overreaching plan that connects the agendas of the BLM and US Forest Service, to the ranchers and miners that have been run out of the family business? These are just some of the topics that LaVoy Finicum and I talk about in this exclusive Oath Keepers interview.
LaVoy Finicum is an Arizona rancher who stood with his fellow patriots at Bundy Ranch. He sat astride his horse, shoulder to shoulder with the Bundy’s along the ridge at Bunkerville. My memories of that event seem to have jumped out of a Louis L’amour novel depicting men of character and grit, standing up to immoral government agents. We had a victory there at Bundy Ranch, but it was only one battle in what is shaping up to be a long, drawn out war. One victory will not win our conflict but we had a second, more enduring, success from Bundy that will. Our campaign will be won by the dozens of sparks that came from Bundy, and are being fed into flames by men like LaVoy. Men who have decided that they will no longer be a part of a corrupt system that has tried again and again to kill our American way of life.
