As MR posted, it is well founded speculation. Santilli mentioned Soros early in this video. Go to the 15 minute mark he mentions the 1200 protesters. There is one other video besides the one JQP referenced where he spoke about the 1200 being bussed in to protest at the Silver Spur Motel. There is no proof Soros is involved.

So far there have not been more than 1/2 dozen. However Santilli did state that there have been reports that there will be 1200 protesters bussed in.
