As MR posted, it is well founded speculation. Santilli mentioned Soros early in this video. Go to the 15 minute mark he mentions the 1200 protesters. There is one other video besides the one JQP referenced where he spoke about the 1200 being bussed in to protest at the Silver Spur Motel. There is no proof Soros is involved.

Well it ain't 1200.
I am JohnQPublic, and I disagree with the protester.
So far there have not been more than 1/2 dozen. However Santilli did state that there have been reports that there will be 1200 protesters bussed in.

This was a good honest interview that explains the troubles ranchers have with the government. John Witzel also explains the benefits of grazing cattle on this ground. The wildlife are always more abundant where there are livestock operations. I see it every day how farming and ranching benefit the wildlife besides turning the grass in to food we can eat.
