Years ago Firestone employed me for a bit. In Compounding they mix the carbon black with rubber and blend the two in a banbury. Workers would slather their bodies with lanolin before showering and still not get all the carbon out if their pores. When they slept it would turn the sheets black.
In this environment that were prohibited from wearing masks to keep the stuff out if their lungs. OSHA required management to fit and manage each mask and management refused to do it.
If masks worked then farts wouldn't stink.

A video clip posted to the WEF’s official Twitter account this morning hypes the “the mask of the future,” designed by Chinese firm CirQ Technologies.
The smart mask tells you when to wash it, whether you’re wearing it properly, and alerts you via a sensor linked to a cellphone app when you’ve left it at home.
The environmental benefits of the mask are also touted as it would cut down on the number of disposable face masks that end up in land fills.

100s of parents in Vail, AZ attended a School Board meeting, protesting mask mandates for schools. They would not leave. The Board was overwhelmed and outnumbered. They quit. The parents elected new members and immediately struck down mask mandates for kids. This is the way.

Just went to the Dollar Store without a mask and nobody said anything. It was great- totally felt empowering to do that. But I only got my nerve up to do it after I saw a guy from FL go maskless through that store a couple of weeks ago (nobody said anything to him). (Also, I've actually never been to the dollar store and it's pretty good-- you can actually get some good stuff cheap).
Then I went to the grocery store and stayed maskless most of the time. I just stopped at Dunkin Donuts ahead of time and got a coffee and pretended to drink it almost the entire time I was at the grocery store--I just kept my mask down and kept drinking and to my surprise, nobody said anything. And maybe the store people didn't bother me because they actually sell the DD coffee there, so they probably assumed I bought it from them, so why harass me for something they think they sold me.
And now I go out of my way to be friendly to anyone I see in parking lots without a mask. I don't bother saying anything to people walking by themselves in the parking lot wearing their masks---I figure these are the people who are just going to go get their shots.
I was just visiting with a kid who lives in a town outside the immediate metro area (which is a giant blue boil aka Sodom on the Colorado) and he told me that no one is concerned about wearing face diapers there, and nobody does except corporate FF like Chick Filet who are pretty uptight about the face diaper.

fwiw, I've been able to get away with not wearing my mask at Shoprite, by getting a Dunkin Donuts coffee and drinking it the whole time and keeping my mask down. Nobody says anything and I haven't gotten any dirty looks. I haven't tried it at Wegmans, and that might be more of a problem b/c that's a different part of town and people from Princeton (snobs) shop there and they are INSANE BELIEVERS in the covid hoax (I've seen double masked there and people with plastic shields in addition to the masks).

So I called the maskholes at this Ace Hardware and someone actually answered the phone. I asked for the manager the maskhole on the other end said he wasn't available. I inquired as to when the manage might be available and he said the manager was standing right there. I then asked if they were enjoying their new found fame. The maskhole didn't understand so I said, "You're famous! I was then told that they were going to report my phone # to the po-po for harassing their business.
