100s of parents in Vail, AZ attended a School Board meeting, protesting mask mandates for schools. They would not leave. The Board was overwhelmed and outnumbered. They quit. The parents elected new members and immediately struck down mask mandates for kids. This is the way.

...the judge at the Weimar District Court, Christian Dettmar, had his house searched today. His office, private premises and car were searched. The judge’s cell phone was confiscated by the police. The judge had made a sensational decision on April 8, 2021, which was very inconvenient for the government’s anti Coronavirus measures policy.

At the suggestion of a mother, the judge had ruled in a child welfare proceeding pursuant to Section 1666 of the German Civil Code (BGB), Ref.: 9 F 148/21, that two Weimar schools were prohibited with immediate effect from requiring students to wear mouth-nose coverings of any kind (especially qualified masks such as FFP2 masks), to comply with AHA minimum distances, and/or to participate in SARS-CoV-2 rapid tests. At the same time, it had determined that classroom instruction should be maintained (full text of the ruling in German [pdf] including three expert opinions)...

He wrote: “…the children are not only endangered in their mental, physical and spiritual well-being by the obligation to wear face masks during school hours and to keep their distance from each other and from other persons, but, in addition, they are already being harmed. At the same time, this violates numerous rights of the children and their parents under the law, the constitution and international conventions. This applies in particular to the right to free development of the personality and to physical integrity from Article 2 of the Basic Law as well as to the right from Article 6 of the Basic Law to upbringing and care by the parents (also with regard to measures for preventive health care and ‘objects’ to be carried by children)…”

In conclusion, the judge stated, “100,000 elementary school students would have to put up with all the side effects of wearing masks for a week in order to prevent just one infection per week. To call this result merely disproportionate would be a wholly inadequate description. Rather, it shows that the state legislature regulating this area has fallen into a factual disconnect that has reached historic proportions.”

Just went to the Dollar Store without a mask and nobody said anything. It was great- totally felt empowering to do that. But I only got my nerve up to do it after I saw a guy from FL go maskless through that store a couple of weeks ago (nobody said anything to him). (Also, I've actually never been to the dollar store and it's pretty good-- you can actually get some good stuff cheap).


Then I went to the grocery store and stayed maskless most of the time. I just stopped at Dunkin Donuts ahead of time and got a coffee and pretended to drink it almost the entire time I was at the grocery store--I just kept my mask down and kept drinking and to my surprise, nobody said anything. And maybe the store people didn't bother me because they actually sell the DD coffee there, so they probably assumed I bought it from them, so why harass me for something they think they sold me.

And now I go out of my way to be friendly to anyone I see in parking lots without a mask. I don't bother saying anything to people walking by themselves in the parking lot wearing their masks---I figure these are the people who are just going to go get their shots.

I was just visiting with a kid who lives in a town outside the immediate metro area (which is a giant blue boil aka Sodom on the Colorado) and he told me that no one is concerned about wearing face diapers there, and nobody does except corporate FF like Chick Filet who are pretty uptight about the face diaper.

fwiw, I've been able to get away with not wearing my mask at Shoprite, by getting a Dunkin Donuts coffee and drinking it the whole time and keeping my mask down. Nobody says anything and I haven't gotten any dirty looks. I haven't tried it at Wegmans, and that might be more of a problem b/c that's a different part of town and people from Princeton (snobs) shop there and they are INSANE BELIEVERS in the covid hoax (I've seen double masked there and people with plastic shields in addition to the masks).

So I called the maskholes at this Ace Hardware and someone actually answered the phone. I asked for the manager the maskhole on the other end said he wasn't available. I inquired as to when the manage might be available and he said the manager was standing right there. I then asked if they were enjoying their new found fame. The maskhole didn't understand so I said, "You're famous! I was then told that they were going to report my phone # to the po-po for harassing their business. I said "Good!" but they hung up before I was able to tell them to make sure to show the cops the video I was calling about.

They need some loving, here's their phone number 206-363-1246. I keep trying so I can ask them if assault with a deadly weapon is a felony like it is pretty much everywhere else. Their voicemail is full.

The mask is a political statement. Only Trump supporters go maskless. My take is they consider it ok to attack Trumpists because they are, like,. RACIST!!!

Ace Hardware corporate phone number is 630-990-6600. I called and advised the (apparently black) girl answering the call that I will NEVER, EVER shop at Ace Hardware again unless and until Ace Hardware issues a statement saying that those responsible have been held accountable.
