To me, this says the camera is set up for GMT
+ 8 means its probably a Hong Kong or Singapore sourced camera. Assuming the time is correct.
Connecticut is GMT -5.
So I think DateTimeOriginal = 10:21:12 am in Connecticut time. (GMT -5)

It might be DateTimeOriginal - 13hrs. (02:21:12) I'm not sure about that one.

On the radio dispatch recording you can clearly hear: "We have multiple guns, a rifle and a shotgun." There are way too many inconsistencies.

And consider this - don't you think that the State (of Connnecticut) Medical Examiner was compromised years ago (perhaps was even chosen for the position because he was compromised)?
