Well this makes no sense, at all. The way I interpret this, is they don't view patients as people, but rather give us diagnostic codes, sent to some computer in washington, to decide what's best for us. So, either 15 appointed .gov goons, or a computer, can decide what's best for me, rather than my doctor.

I have a hard time believing this story.

The reason doctors make the big bucks, is that people are very complex, and have individual needs. By giving people diagnostic codes, like you would a computer, makes it seem like people are not human at all.
