Care home owner found guilty of sex crimes against children 'supplied boys for Westminster paedophile parties'

A predatory paedophile who built up an established network of care homes has been accused of supplying boys for Westminster sex parties.
John Allen, 73, was convicted last week at Mold Crown Court of 33 sex offences against children in his care.
The court heard how he ran an oppressive regime where he deprived children who spoke out against the abuse of food and water.
He has now been named by a former council leader as being suspected of supplying boys to other paedophiles, including those allegedly held for prominent politicians at Dolphin Square in central London.

Dennis Parry, a former leader of Clwyd county council, told the Sunday Times: 'My information was that not only was he an abuser, he was a supplier.
'There was movement between Holland and this country, and Dolphin Square was part of the set-up.'

Mr Parry, who commissioned the Jillings report in the early 1990s which looked in to abuse allegations in north Wales children's homes, added: 'There was a guy - whose names hasn't come up so far - and he was working within that Dolphin Square system.
'My information was he was the one who collected the young people and took them to Dolphin Square...his links were with our part of north Wales and others.'

It has been alleged that Allen was not only an abuser but also a supplier and helped transfer boys in his care to Dolphin Square, in central London, which is at the centre of an allegation that MPs used it to abuse boys

Upmarket Dolphin Square, an apartment block in Pimlico, was once where many Members of Parliament had their London homes.
At one point the flats were home to up to 70 MPs and around 10 lords.
In July, two victims of alleged child abuse claimed they were raped by MPs after they were plied with whisky at Dolphin Square, a short walk from the Commons.
One of the men told how the MPs held his head under water as they raped him.
Then, earlier this month it was revealed that detectives are investigating claims three boys died during abuse at the parties, which were allegedly attended by a Conservative MP.

Allen is due to be sentenced tomorrow and may receive a life term.
His case was the first to come to court under Operation Pallial, a fresh investigation into historic allegations of North Wales child abuse.
This is not the first time Allen has been convicted of child abuse, as there had been two previous investigations into the former care home boss.
One led to his conviction in 1995 of six counts of indecent assault against six boys, aged between 12 and 16, in the 1970s, which led to him being jailed for six years.
He faced a further 44 charges in 2003 but these were dropped after a judge ruled the time lapse meant he would not face a fair trial.
After that, he went into hiding. By 2012 he was found working as a night porter at a Premier Inn hotel living alone in a £120,000 one-bedroom rented flat in Needham Market, near Ipswich.

Allen was jailed for six years in 1995 for child sex abuse - but when Operation Pallial was launched more victims came forward to speak out about abuse

He was then the first arrested under Operation Pallial in April 2013 about 45 years after he started his children's care homes empire, which had an annual turnover of £2.7million.
In 1968 Allen, a hotelier with no background in child care, set up the Bryn Alyn care home. Over the next 20 years, he created 11 homes in and around the Wrexham area.
At its height, the capacity of the whole of the Bryn Alyn Community was approximately 100 to 120 children.
Many of the abuse allegations took place at three homes – Bryn Alyn, Pentre Season and Bryn Tirion, but mainly at Bryn Alyn. Allen was aged in his 30s and 40s, and the children's ages ranged from seven to 15.
When Operation Pallial launched, more victims came forward claiming to have been abused at the hands of Allen.
During his recent trial at Mold Crown Court Allen denied all 40 charges against him, including indecent assault, indecency with a child and buggery and attempted buggery.
He labelled his victims 'fantasists' wanting compensation who were blaming him for things that had gone wrong in their lives.
Twenty former Bryn Alyn residents – 19 boys and a girl aged between seven and 15 at the time – who had lived at the homes between 1968 and 1991 spoke out in court.
Ian Mulcahey, senior investigating officer with Operation Pallial, the police inquiry into child sexual abuse in Welsh care homes, said: 'John Allen abused vulnerable children he was entrusted to protect.
'He was a violent man, which he used towards children in his care. In spite of the verdicts, the impact on the lives of those John Allen abused may never be undone.'

The victim of paedophile John Allen has spoken of the terror he suffered at his hands.
Stephen Fong, now 50, said he was physically rather than sexually abused by Allen, but turned to drugs to help him forget the dark memories.
He was moved to a care home owned by Allen as an 11-year-old in 1975.
Mr Fong said: 'The physical, verbal and mental abuse was horrific. He was like a father figure, but he turned out to be a monster.
'Being a 10 or 11-year-old kid and being physically abused, punched, kicked or smashed around an office, a bedroom or a hallway - was the norm.'

Mr Fong, who now owns a gym in Wrexham, said his teenager years were marred by drug abuse to help him cope with the memories of his time in care.

Mr Fong, who has two daughters Paris, 23, Chanel, 21, and a son Leion, 13, added: 'Maybe I’m a little bit stronger, but it’s my wife and my kids and friends around me. Maybe if I didn’t have that I’d be in a (worse) position that other survivors are in now.'

Murdered Crimewatch presenter Jill Dando tried to get BBC bosses to investigate an alleged paedophile ring in the corporation, it has today been claimed.
A former friend and retired BBC worker has claimed that the television host was told that ‘big name stars’ and BBC staff were involved in abuse.
But when she tried to get her superiors to investigate, and handed a file to senior management, no action was taken, the source claims.

Dershowitz Named in Lawsuit Alleging Abuse of Underage Sex Slave

A federal lawsuit in Florida accuses Alan Dershowitz, the famed advocate for Israel, of sexually abusing a minor. Dershowitz has denied the charges and vowed to hit back. The allegations come in a lawsuit by four women against the federal government for violating the rights of crime victims when it made a plea deal in 2008 with Jeffrey Epstein, the notorious financier, over allegations of sexual abuse of minors. Epstein ended up spending more than a year in prison.

The suit says that Dershowitz routinely had sexual relations with Epstein’s “sex slave” at a time when she was under 18 years old, and before she escaped Epstein. It states that Jane Doe #3 was held as a “sex slave” by Jeffrey Epstein between 1999 and 2002, when she was 15 to 18 years old. The sexual abuse took place in New York, Florida, Mexico, the US Virgin Islands, and on Epstein’s private planes.

The allegation re Dershowitz: Epstein also sexually trafficked the then-minor Jane Doe, making her available for sex to politically-connected and financially-powerful people. Epstein’s purposes in “lending” Jane Doe (along with other young girls) to such powerful people were to ingratiate himself with them for business, personal, political, and financial gain, as well as to obtain potential blackmail information. One such powerful individual that Epstein forced then-minor Jane Doe #3 to have sexual relations with was former Harvard Law Professor ,Alan Dershowitz, a close friend of Epstein’ and well-known criminal defense attorney. Epstein required Jane Doe #3 to have sexual relations with Dershowitz on numerous occasions while she was a minor, not only in Florida but also on private planes, in New York, New Mexico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Scotland Yard has been handed a document that contains names of 22 high profile figures, including three serving MPs and three members of the House of Lords, alleged to be involved in the suspected Westminster pedophile ring during the 1970s and 1980s, The Daily Telegraph reports.
Labour MP John Mann has spent months sifting through hundreds of reports from the public about the historic sex abuse cases and has now handed a dossier to the police that suggests up to five paedophile rings were operating at the heart of UK government, each them involving at least one MP.
Of the total number involved — some of whom are now dead and some who are still alive, but not active in Westminster — 14 are Conservative politicians, five are from Labour and three were from other parties. Overall, 13 former ministers are named on the list.
Mann told The Sunday Times he also received allegations that an organised criminal gang and a celebrity were involved in the trafficking of young boys to abusers at Dophin Square in London, the block of flats prominent figures allegedly used as a venue for child abuse. He added that he is receiving new information all the time and that there could be many more names added to that list.

Mann said he will not be using parliamentary privilege — which allows MPs to say anything in the House of Commons without legal consequences — to name the people that feature on the list because he believes they should be properly investigated by police. He told The Daily Telegraph it would be “inconceivable” that police would not now arrest and interview some of the politicians involved, meaning the identities of some of those allegedly involved are soon likely to be revealed in the press.
He told The Telegraph: “I think the 22 names are all worthy of investigation by the police. In my opinion the evidence against approximately half of them is very compelling … some of the evidence is incredibly strong … this is not Mickey Mouse stuff.”
Mann — who first reported evidence to the police about a Tory cabinet minister being involved in child sex abuse in 1989, but was told the inquiry had been shelved three months later on “orders of those at the top” — has also raised concerns about the fact that there are many separate police operations looking into different elements of the Westminster paedophile ring. He thinks the lack of one overarching investigation means some evidence could be overlooked. Operation Trinity — which has the Mann dossier — is looking into allegations of abuse in children’s homes in Lambeth, South London, for example, while Operation Midland, is focusing in on allegations surrounding Westminster child sex abuse.
Last week Operation Midland announced it was investigating the alleged murders of three boys in the late Seventies and Eighties, related to the Westminster paedophile ring.
A claim, made by a man named only as “Nick” who was a young boy at the time of the incidents, alleges he saw a Conservative MP kill a 12-year-old boy at at a child sex party in the 1980s. He also said a Tory cabinet minister watched on as two men killed another boy in a separate sexual assault.
Last month retired magistrate Vishambar Mehrotra claimed his son, murdered 33 years ago, was another of the victims of the Westminster child abuse ring.

Today, after more than a million dead and several millions exiled, as the “too extreme for al-Qaeda” ISIL is grabbing more and more of Iraq, the question once again arises:


Why did George Bush and Tony Blair drag us into the Iraq quagmire?



They told us it was about Saddam’s WMD. But that was a preposterous lie. Bush even camped it up about looking for WMD under his desk. He thought it was fabulously hilarious that anyone had ever believed in Iraqi WMD.



So what was the real reason for the Iraq war?



Some say oil. But that seems dubious, since big oil lobbied hard against the Iraq invasion, fearing it would destabilize their business.



Others say Israel. That makes more sense; the Zionist lobby was the main force pushing for war in Iraq. But how can a sh*tty little country like Israel force a superpower to do its bidding?



One way is by blackmailing politicians. And in Bush and Blair, they had plenty of opportunity.



As Sherman Skolnick reported years ago in Bush Bisexuality Asserted In Scorching New Book:



“It relates to George W. Bush’s homosexual relationship, since about puberty, with Victor Ashe, long-time Mayor of Knoxvillle. When some in Congress began inquiries in the fall of 2003, Ashe in December, 2003, gave up being Knoxville Mayor and was appointed by George W. Bush, the occupant and resident of the White House, as the U.S. Ambassador to Poland.”



Another story about Bush Jr. is that his dad invaded Panama because Noriega was trying to blackmail the Bush family into giving him a bigger cut of the CIA’s cocaine profits. Apparently Noriega was in possession of photos of W. taken at a Caribbean brothel that caters to pedophiles. This is not just a rumor; I have heard it verified by a well-placed intelligence community source.



And let’s not forget Jeff Gannon. During Bush Jr.’s presidency, the fake journalist and homosexual prostitute Gannon regularly spent nights at the White House, apparently entertaining the President.



But Gannon wasn’t W’s only gay entertainment.



Wayne Madsen Reports revealed on Nov. 18, 2005:

There is good reason for the embarrassment of the Pentagon in the (Abu Ghraib) affair. The orders to take the sexually-oriented photos and videos, some of which involve teenage Iraqi boys and girls and sodomization by their guards, came directly from a pedophile and closeted male homosexual ring operating in the White House, according to the intelligence sources. Copies of the tapes and photos were sent directly to the White House for the entertainment of senior members of the Bush White House, including officials in the Vice President’s office and the Executive Office of the President.

None of this is surprising to anyone who follows the seamy underbelly of American politics. The Bush family is notorious for its sexual degeneracy. For example, George H.W. Bush attended parties serviced by child prostitutes, according to sworn testimony from the children themselves. And the Mossad is very good at getting hold of blackmail material. During J. Edgar Hoover’s tenure at the FBI, Hoover had pornographic blackmail photos of just about everybody who mattered – which made Hoover the USA’s unelected dictator. But the real ruler, the éminence grise behind Hoover, was Mossadnik crime kingpin Meyer Lansky. It seems likely that Lansky’s heirs in Tel Aviv have an extensive collection of child pornography featuring “adult actor” George W. Bush.



And as for Tony Blair, he too appears to be a blackmailed pedophile.



Despite the strict libel laws in the UK, a British researcher has reported some, shall we say, “ugly rumours”:

‘In the autumn of 1983, a young well-dressed man presented himself to Bow St Magistrates’ Court on a morals charge. He was given a conditional discharge and bound over to keep the peace. The young man gave his name as Charles Lynton. He is now among the highest in the land.’

Blair’s middle names are Charles and Lynton. I have asked for the records of the period (the Court no longer exists) but failed to trace any mention there of the ‘case’ – if indeed it ever existed. Although I found the general attitude of information suppliers to be obstructive, there wasn’t any strong feeling of hiding stuff; frankly, I’d be amazed anyway if something incriminating about Tony Blair hadn’t been removed by now. Another source wrote to us as follows:

‘He was caught importuning in a Westminster toilet. It was all covered up.’

Two things are, however, relevant. Gossip did abound about Blair’s sexuality during his time in the rock band Ugly Rumours at Oxford. And while nobody has ever stood them up, it is widely accepted that Derry Irvine (Blair’s boss in Chambers) regularly referred to him as “the star closest to Uranus”.

While the Bush White House was jerking off to live feeds of Abu Ghrayb torture, Tony Blair’s government was cavorting with child prostitutes:



“In 1999 an international investigation into child porn by Britain’s National Criminal Intelligence Service codenamed Operation Ore, resulted in 7,250 suspects being identified in the United Kingdom alone. Some 1850 people were criminally charged in the case and there were 1451 convictions. Almost 500 people were interviewed “under caution” by police, meaning they were suspects. Some 900 individuals remain under investigation. In early 2003, British police began to close in on some top suspects in the Operation Ore investigation, including senior members of Blair’s government, allegedly Chris Smith, Peter Mandelson and Gay Gordon.”

Perhaps Blair never grew out of his fondness for liasons in public toilets – even while serving as Prime Minister. Blair’s government was embarrassed when an investigation found traces of cocaine in Parliament’s public toilets, while other investigations showed that Blair’s crowd was neck-deep in satanic ritual child abuse.



In early 2003, the “Operation Ore” investigation was about to reveal Blair and his cronies as serial child abusers. Then Blair issued a gag order imposing a 100 year blackout on all discussion of the subject. Articles with titles like “Tony Blair Caught Protecting Elite Pedophile Ring” got yanked from circulation.



What were Bush and Blair doing when they locked themselves behind closed doors to supposedly plot the Iraq war? Investigative journalist Bob Kearley says that “a lot of squaddies I’ve met think there’s something weird going on between Bush and Blair. If you’re then told that the executive responsible for the conduct of the war is staffed by child-molesters … well, then Saddam suddenly looks like the sort of bloke with whom you can share a few tins [beer].”



If you don’t think there was anything going on between Bush and Blair, scroll back to the top of this article and look at that Bush-Blair photo again. If it doesn’t set off your gay-dar, nothing will.

So it seems that 9/11 was the warning shot of a coup d’état designed to force the US to fight Israel’s “Clean Break” wars and destroy its enemies – the famous “seven countries in five years” mentioned by Gen. Wesley Clark. And blackmail, both sexual and nuclear, may have played a role.
