What did Hillary know, when did she know it, and who was the source?

The Charlotte Riots

1. Hillary Clinton scheduled (months in advance) to “fund raise” in Charlotte on Sept 20th^t
   
2. September 20^th, Hillary suddenly cancels Charlotte visit; no reason given.
   
3. Sept 20^th at 4PM, officers shoot and kill Keith Lamont Scott
   
4. Sept 20^th at 8PM, a “aggressive group of agitators” appears to “protest”.
   
5. Sept 21^st, more “agitators” appear and more violence.
   
6. Sept 22^nd, “70% of those arrested are not from Charlotte”

We need an answer from Hillary as to WHY she canceled her Charlotte visit; less than 24hrs before the shooting and subsequent “protests”.
