The trouble is Jews have co-opted "collectivism" to encompass anything that is not "individualism." Marxism, National Socialism, generic nationalism, generic tribalism, even loving one's extended family. Shabbos Goyim like Alex Jones harp on "collectivism" routinely.
The Kosher spectrum of permissible "thought" has incorporated such buzzwords (as well as "socialism") for those who think they are "on the right" (so-called "conservatives").
That's certainly up for debate.
Anything less than total anarchism is "collectivism" of a degree.
Do we have a basic government, run by our own kind, providing "socialized" military force and "socialized" fire protection? Do we have speculation in essential modern services (e.g., electricity, natural gas, water, telecommunications, health care), or a degree of so-called "socialism" to assure that a corrupt elite does not seize control of such things for their economic benefit?
It's inherently a Jewish thing. Turning a gift from God into a commodity, reducing the foundation of prosperity (e.g., food production) to mammon.
