Wuhan (11 mil), Huanggang (7.5 mil), and Ezhou (1.1 mil) are sealed shut and some services suspended.

All outbound flights cancelled, movie theatres shut down, central market shut down, public transport (trains, buses) temporarily shut down.

This is way more serious then reported. Probable bio-weapon that got loose. Believe your own eyes.
