If we go full quarantine, I would expect the announcement would come in the evening (7:00 or 8:00 eastern) across all the major networks instead of a late afternoon press conference. Trump might strongly suggest in today's presser that full quarantine is coming (probably within days) which will allow people a few more days to get to their shit together. I'm usually wrong, so take my dribble with a bucket of salt.
