What Are the Duties of the National Guard?

The National Guard is actually older than the United States. The forerunner of the Guard began in 1636, when ordinary citizens formed militias to defend their community. National Guard duty still focuses on domestic emergencies, but in the 21st century, it can involve overseas combat missions as well. Unlike the U.S. Army and other branches, the National Guard is state-based. Each state government has its own National Guard.

Learn the National Guard Purpose

Once dismissed by the regular military as "weekend warriors," the National Guard has grown to have multiple purposes:

Counter-drug efforts.
Domestic emergencies, which can range from armed insurrection to natural disasters.
Overseas combat missions.
To repel an invasion of the United States.
To enforce the laws. President Eisenhower, for example, used the National Guard to enforce a federal court decision requiring schools integrate.

Each state has its own National Guard and the state governor can call them up in emergencies. The Guard also answers if the president calls on them to serve the federal government.

What the Constitution Says

The Constitution doesn't refer to the National Guard by name and doesn't give a national guard description. However, it does say that states have the power to call forth "the militia" to repel invasions, execute the laws and suppress revolutions. The Constitution gives Congress the power to fund the militia, and gives it authority over Guard members serving the federal government. Later laws give the president control of the Guard.

Court decisions have interpreted the Constitutional clauses to say that when you join the National Guard you dual enlist: you're a member of your state guard, but you're also enlisted at the federal level. If the federal government calls you up, that relieves of your state duties until the call-up ends.

Living the Guard Life

On a daily basis, the life of a National Guard member is fairly quiet. When not on missions, Guard members drill one weekend every month and attend a two-week training camp every year. The rest of the time, they live a normal life, working at their day job.

When the governor of their state calls them up, it's usually because of a natural disaster, such as a hurricane or earthquake. In the aftermath, Guard members may have to keep order, restore roads, restore communications and provide drinkable water.

When the president sends the Guard to a war zone, they may not be serving as front line troops. The National Guard's duties are more likely to include building schools, training local forces or working with local farmers to improve their techniques.

National Guard is not militia. The major difference is the militia votes for their officers and the governor issues a commission based on the outcome.

Also a state of the United States is not one of the several States. A state of the U.S. is : Guam ,virgin islands, American Samoa, Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia. So in the statutes when the U.S. says they can rely upon the militia of one state to put down an insurrection in another it is these last states they are referring to.

The several States are foreign to the federal government except for those things agreed upon by acceptance of the constitution. Refer to the EXPATRIATION ACT of July 1868 (also called AN ACT FOR THE PROTECTION OF AMERICANS IN FOREIGN STATES). The foreign states referred to are the several States and the Americans being protected are freed slaves.

For there to be a WAR ZONE there first has to be a DECLARATION OF WAR. This has not happened since WW2.

The Art. II §2 Clause 1 Militia of the several States were thoroughly civilian organizations, organized under statutes and could not be sent overseas. The National Guard is an adjunct of the Military.

What the author of the above quote conveniently left out is what the Constitution says how Congress shall provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining the Milita, reserving to the States respectfully the Appointment of the Officers and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress.

Also the Constitution does not give the States power to call forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions. Art. I §8 Clause 15 gives the power to Congress.

We couldn’t agree more with the content. The writer “Margaritavilllll“, now suspended by the Reddit cesspool, shows real awareness of the planned- and deliberate-collapse theory that WW puts forth, as well as the organized scheming, programming and agitprop against all of us. Of particular value are the video citations being used in entertainment that is worth scrutiny and sharing with others.

The toxic self-hatred of white Democrats

As an African-American male, I am deeply appalled at the divide-and-conquer agenda we’re seeing in film and television. They are putting out films that portray black history as “unfair” and “vengeful” against whites. They are trying to incite blacks like me into aggression vs whites. Propaganda 100%.

If you don’t know by now, the MSM and TPTB (The Powers to Be) are in the final stages of their New World Order. In this phase, they are orchestrating a massive “collapse” of society, in which a “new order” will be offered to the masses as a way to usher in stability and order again.

This collapse has a few main elements to it. Obviously, they are engineering an incremental and slow financial implosion on a global scale. This is described by Ron Paul as a “currency crisis.” They are essentially systematically reducing the purchasing power of our dollar, on purpose. This is being done on a global basis, the central bankers of the world are most certainly convening and coordinating this at meetings such as the Bilderberg Conference.

Along with this economic collapse is a SOCIAL collapse. This is a very important part of the plan. This is where they RAMP UP their tactics of division. Race, religion, gender, sexual preference, sports, anything they can do to pit us against each other.

In particular, as a black male in my late 20’s, I’m seeing them programming the black culture with television and films. Netflix originals like “Dear White People”, and films such as “Straight Outta Compton,” have concealed and implied meanings and themes of revolution, anger, police brutality, etc. to them. These productions always end up creating a sense of, “Yea … fuck yea. Go us! You know what, we HAVE been oppressed for all these years as blacks! Maybe it IS time for us to stand up eh?!”

The social engineers want to incite that reaction from blacks, to make us vengeful and angry and blame white people for all of our problems, and these messages are prevalent in many Netflix originals, films, web series.

There is a new Tupac movie coming out with a central theme of “African American oppression.” I did NOT see this but many similar films and productions are being made recently. The media and social engineers are definitely creating a hostile environment between all races and genders right now, and we need to expose this divide and conquer agenda.
