According to a source with inside info the Pennsylvania Dept of Corrections SCI Frackville has recently spent a week converting their gym to a giant hospital due to...get this...the water system being contaminated with the killer virus. The in-house inmate channel has a video running saying their prison's water system tested positive for COVID-1984 and that's why they built the hospital within the prison. But the prison admin is not supplying the inmates with bottled water instead having them rely on the internal (supposedly contaminated) water system for drinking water. An infectious disease doctor in Pennsylvania (also a big GOP participant) thinks they're trying to get the inmates to riot to draw attention away from the voter fraud.
