A friend recommended listening to this woman, Amandha Vollmer, naturopath--she says when you see symptoms, you need to stop thinking "I'm sick" as in a germ got to you and instead see it as your body trying to heal and detoxify you (as your body was exposed to toxins and your body is trying to find a way to get rid of them). I also like how she calls out the movie stars and celebrities and says they have no talent and are simply promoted because they are part of a cult.
