This letter to Pfizer from FDA says it is an extension of the EUA agreement

    https://t.me/silverreportforum/12166

FDA APPROVAL WAS JUST AN INDEFINITE EXTENSION OF EMERGENCY USE AUTHORIZATION (EUA) AND IS BASED ON 3 LIES

Denise M. Hinton, Chief Scientist at the FDA signed this letter (https://www.fda.gov/media/150386/download), not granting full approval, but extending emergency use authorization "indefinitely." If you read the letter, these were her reasons:
▪️A. SARS-CoV-2 can cause a serious or life-threatening disease or condition, including severe respiratory illness, to humans infected by this virus; [ Primarily in those with co-morbities (https://t.me/westcoastintel/12668) ]

▪️B. Based on the totality of scientific evidence available to FDA, it is "REASONABLE TO BELIEVE" that the Pfizer (jab) MAY BE effective in preventing COVID-19, and that, when use d under the conditions described in this authorization, the known and potential benefits outweigh its known and potential risks; and [ WRONG (https://t.me/westcoastintel/13355) ]

▪️C. There is no adequate, approved, and available alternative to the emergency use of Pfizer [ LIES (https://t.me/rockymountain_intel/4598) ]

On the last page it reads:
This EUA will be effective until the declaration that circumstances exist justifying the authorization of the emergency use of drugs and biological products during the COVID-19 pandemic is terminated under Section 564(b)(2) of the Act or the EUA is revoked under Section 564(g) of the Act.
The only thing declared necessary in the Constitution & Bill of Rights is the #2A Militia of the several States.
