NEW YORK, NY (SEPTEMBER 2, 2021) - We The Patriots USA, Inc. (WTP USA) filed a federal lawsuit today against New York Governor Kathy Hochul and New York Department of Health Commissioner Dr. Howard Zucker, challenging the state’s new regulation requiring all healthcare workers in New York to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by September 27, 2021. Two nurses at Syosset Hospital in Long Island and a healthcare professional at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse joined WTP USA as plaintiffs in the federal complaint.

The new regulation removes religious exemptions as a basis for healthcare workers to decline the COVID-19 shots. All three individual plaintiffs are Christians, and object to the use of aborted fetal cell lines in the testing of the shots. The plaintiffs allege violations of the Free Exercise (of religion) clause of the First Amendment, as well as the rights to privacy and medical freedom protected by the First, Fourth, Fifth, and Fourteenth Amendments. Among other things, the plaintiffs assert that the state’s new mandate “violates the Free Exercise Clause by permitting a secular (medical) exemption on an individualized basis while categorically mandating the rejection of religious exemptions. … forcing the Plaintiffs and all healthcare workers in New York to choose between their religious beliefs and their jobs and careers.” The plaintiffs are asking the court to declare the new regulation unconstitutional and grant a permanent injunction preventing the state from enforcing it.

WTP USA released the following statement on Thursday: “We are absolutely disgusted with the tyrannical government overreach exerted by the State of New York on its healthcare workers. Last year they were heroes, this year they are zeroes. Not only is the state’s conduct flagrantly unconstitutional, but it further exacerbates the nursing shortage in this country. With mandates like these, it is no wonder that just yesterday the American Nurses Association asked the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to declare the nursing shortage in this country a ‘national crisis.’”

I think I heard very recently where the use of fetal cell lines in the making of vaccines only applies to AstraZenica and Johnson & Johnson vaccines, not to Pfizer or Maderna mRNA vaccines.

I find something not right about filing a religious exemption based on belief that taking a vaccine that contains using fetal cell lines is wrong. I think we have a basic right to say no to any unwanted medical treatment and we do not have to give a reason, and truth is we are not obligated in many situations to even respond to the question at all.

This whole thing is a big psychological operation against humanity and meets my definition of satanic evil.

Dachsie comments: Both Joe Rogan and Vincent James refer to "Covid" as though it were a real and specific medically / scientifically identified discreet "thing."
That is I guess acceptable if both of them are nevertheless providing otherwise helpful and quality reporting. However, I think that is part of the planned scam, that is, to get people to just accept "covid" and many characteristics about "covid" that have absolutely no evidence in medicine or science or any identified illness-causing entity. So that part of their presentations are to me fundamentally dishonest.

There are what appear to be some kind of upper respiratory conditions that people are getting. I think it is most logical to conclude that people could be getting different "things", with each person's symptoms being similar but not the same exact set of symptoms. (Of course, I am completely speaking without regard to the racketeering meaningless PCR test.) For example, some people could be "catching" some pathogen or pathogens that are airborne, that is "catching" a unique set of symptoms "caused by" or "from" some things in the air. People who have had the mRNA kinds of vaccines could be becoming ill with symptoms that are brought about by the action of the vaccine chemicals inside their body. (As I understand it, all of the four major "vaccines" for "covid" act on the endotheilial tissues within the body producing a set of symptoms that are similar or somewhat different than the set of symptoms that appear to be associated with some airborne pathogens.)

Every action taken by the medical operatives (government agencies, doctor groups etc.) appear to be suffused with many layers of lies, lies that fail all standards for ethics and morality, such as "thou shalt not murder." Medical "care" is supposed to be to care for the patient and doing everything possible to help the patient. (It goes without saying, that all forms of the media, even some of the alternative media, are not to be relied upon for any helpful quality information.) Some of the lies are deliberate disinformation and some of the lies are deliberate or possibly unintentional misinformation.

Nevertheless, I like Vincent James way of reporting and I believe he is intelligent and well-intentioned.

The Covid thing is very similar to the 'Climate' thing. Artificial constraints are being placed upon human activity for the sole reason of consolidation of power (money, control). What we are seeing as illness is nothing new. It is smoke and mirrors. The death rate has not changed. The same old sicknesses that have been making people sick since forever, are being blamed and named as the scary Covid19 and variants. It is an excuse to shut us down just as with climate control and carbon emission permits. Same mechanisms and same results.
