    I was on the Muzzy military forums (one forum that has a forum for Iran, a forum for Pakistan, a forum for Turkey ...) and the muzzies are suspicious about the crash. A former Iranian official have pointed to sanctions as a cause, that newer helicopters would have been safer.

    Mr Zarif suggested on Monday that the punitive measures had compromised Tehran’s access to modern aircraft and inhibited repairs to its ageing fleet of American-made aircraft.

    There are a few Towelheads calling for Iran to get nukes as the response. I would grab popcorn for that.

    I expect there is going to be an accident investigation and findings as the cause is still unknown.
