What is bothering me (and others, I assume) is that they killed Finicum when Finicum presented himself for surrender (hands spread wide apart).

We are not going to argue with those who despise Finicum, but, those who *pretend* Finicum was reaching to draw a firearm - nobody believes that for real. What we are thinking about those, who repeat that farce (as if they really believe it), is that they do not hold dear the idea that the ONLY reason for govie gunmen to kill a suspect is when they truly FEAR FOR THEIR LIVES - that is simply NOT CREDIBLE in this case, especially since NO EVIDENCE was allowed to be confirmed by non-govie sources. They are lying, and that makes them cold-blooded MURDERERS (pre-meditated, with malice aforethought).
